AC's Heating & Air is a first class operation. Allen, the company's owner, is extremely knowledgeable and provides great customer service. He answered all my questions and provided me with great advice.

Open 24/7?!? Ha! I just spent the last hour calling (which connected me to a call center) every 15 minutes and waiting for a call back. The last time I called, the lady told me they had just received a message from AC’s Heating & Cooling that said they’re closed for the day. I am on their “Gold” service plan and do not receive a callback within 1 hour?!?
EDIT: BUT Then…long story short, Life Happens. Just got a callback and was apologized to for not getting a call sooner. The gentleman that usually takes calls had an emergency and was in the ER. He is better now. The fact that he took the time to call me back and explain why they were not able to assist is one of the main reasons I stay with this company. Communication. In addition, all their techs are booked out until late into the night today. Glad I got the call. Glad I took the call. This is a good company that I can see myself doing business with for a long time.

Jason was the assigned technician who came to our house today to perform the twice yearly system inspection, cleaning and maintenance service. Jason was thorough in all stages of the review process, showing and explaining every step he took and pointing out all the strong points of our system, as well as suggesting better practices to keep it running in top shape. He also checked the duct work in the attic to address a concern I had about temperature differentials between the master bedroom and the rest of the house, pointing out some weaknesses to keep under observation for possible future action. Finally, Jason also put together a reasonable quote for a germicidal UV light system for the air handler component -which I had been considering for some time before- and we proceeded with installation, which he performed in a clean and efficient way, once again explaining all workings and functions of the new system enhancement. Jason is a seasoned professional, aware and careful of every detail involved in the complex task of performing a thorough and responsible maintenance program. He is also a very personable customer service agent for AC's Heating & Air. I am very pleased with the company's service since I became a customer, and I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to meet and work with Jason in keeping my Lennox system in top shape.

Allen was quick to help us get our heat back on for our home in Longwood. Kirby the technician was awesome. He was fast and did a complete check of our whole AC and heating system. We even had them install a UV light to help keep the air clean. Thanks
