I was in need of a complete new A/C system for the upper floor of our home, and I decided to call Complete Air for a quote.

Tony came out to provide a quote, and he took plenty of time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I decided to hire them for the job.

Communication before the installation was excellent, and on the day of the job Tony and his team arrived on time. Everyone I interacted with while they worked was polite and friendly. All were very respectful of the property. Cleanup was exceptional.

The new A/C system is working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to call Complete Air. They'll definitely be getting my future business.

My experience going through the whole process of getting a quote for a new ac unit all the way to completion was nothing short of amazing. The communication that verified the time for a quote until the day of service is exactly what what communication should be all about. I am greatly satisfied with every aspect I came across dealing with Complete Air Solutions. There was no pressure to do my business with this company and no pressure in the deciding process of picking which unit to get. Fantastic company all around. Great company so glad, I went with them. I was browsing the web and they had the best reviews and their website sold me. I spoke to Tony and he was extremely professional and he schedule me the same day just to be clear (not an emergency call). I also want to say the tech (Aaron Khana) was so amazing he was professional and very detail oriented. He explained everything to me and was extremely helpful. Complete Air Solutions is a very reliable and ethical company. Hunter has been doing the maintenance checkups on my AC unit since I entered my maintenance agreement with Tony (owner) of this company after having two other companies try to have me pay for outrageous unneeded repairs on a newly built house of two years. Hunter has been servicing my unit since and he is a very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable young man that keeps me abreast of what’s going on with my system. My 14 year old A/C system came to an end. I contacted multiple companies to evaluate cost of new system and services. Complete Air Solutions is the best of four companies reviewed. The attention to detail is outstanding. Tony is wonderful explaining the process and expectations. Highly recommend!

Hunter came out to check the unit. Tony told me over the phone that it was just a bad disconnect and it was flipped in the off position. I tried explaining to him that that couldn’t be the only problem because I was the one who put the disconnect in the off position only AFTER my tenants complained about the unit not cooling after being on heat. Tony thought I would be thrilled that not more was wrong, except I just had this feeling that couldn’t be the problem. Alas, that wasn’t the only problem. Maybe don’t take their word for it. Trust your gut.

I recently had Complete Air Solutions replace and install a new handler and outdoor unit. I already had several other companies come out to give estimates and at the last minute decided to get one more estimate with Complete Air... And I am so glad I did! From the moment we met, Tony just wanted to make sure I was well informed and had all my questions answered. No gimmicks, no pressure - Just patient, friendly, and professional.

For the past 2 years I had gotten quotes from different companies in anticipation of our 14 year old unit to finally give out. This year it was finally time to make the upgrade. After much debate between companies, we went with Complete Air Solutions. Tony and his company were one of the companies that came out multiple times over those 2 years to go over work and quotes. Tony was very patient with my questions as I’m an analytical by nature. Tony and crew did great installing our new Trane unit from start to finish. They had everything installed, checked, and running smoothly in no time! Their pricing for their parts and work is very competitive in relation to other companies as well. Huge difference in performance and efficiency compared to the old unit as expected. Electric bill has dropped dramatically of course, and our house has never been so cool so quick. It’s been a couple of months now since the install and the new crispness in the house has been great! Thank you to Tony and his crew for a seamless experience!!

I felt the two technicians that came to the house to install my new air. Unit were extremely professional. I can’t thank them enough for their speedy service. I’ve been with this company for about five years, and they used to be great. Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill fast.

I pay for their twice‑a‑year maintenance plan, yet every single year it’s the same issue: I have to chase them just to get the appointment I’m already paying for. Last year they took my payment, a month went by with no call, and when I reached out, I was told they “put it on the wrong month.”

Then the next time, I had to reschedule four days before the appointment and was hit with a $50 fee. Four days’ notice — and they still charged me.

This year, the payment comes out again… and once again, no call, no text, nothing. I waited a week and finally called them. Their excuse? They “tried to reach me by email.” One email. No phone call like they used to do, no follow‑up, nothing. Then I’m told I need to reach out to them to schedule — even though I’m on a maintenance plan.

My car dealership knows exactly when my oil changes are due and calls me every time. This company can’t manage two appointments a year for paying customers. At this point it feels like they’re hoping people will just keep paying and forget to schedule.

Save yourself the headache and stay away.
