Great service. On time. Professional kind tech that was thorough and explained the process. They had the parts we needed available inbthe vehicle. They stayed until the job was finished. Took about 2 hours start to finish. System appears to be running well now. Couldn't be happier. So thankful it didn't end up being a missed work event. So thankful for a quality job well done

Scheduled a consultation online for a few days out, they called within 30 minutes and said they had an opening that day. Aaron was thorough and explained everything in a way I could understand. Ended up needing a completely new system, and Aaron explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to force a sale on me, but explained the benefits of going with their products and services. He even offered suggestions on other companies who could provide services that they couldn’t (like duct cleaning in the summertime).

I took a few days to decide and ended up going with one of their packages. Even over a holiday weekend, they were able to get everything installed within a few days of submitting my request. Thankfully, the size of AC I needed was readily available and they had an open spot the next day to set up an installation appointment (so depending on your specific equipment needs and availability, it may not be as quick, but it isn’t the fault of the company by any means).

There were a few hiccups along the way, but Tony explained the whole process and already had solutions to anything that popped up. The whole system was quite outdated, so bumps along the way were not unexpected, but I was very surprised and thankful at how they were willing able to accommodate to get my ac running again.

The cherry on top was how they cleaned up every little bit of mess, even going so far as to sweep the driveway clean! I also loved the text updates for appointments being scheduled and their techs being en route.

Overall, 10/10. Extremely professional, informative, quick to respond, and their customer service and quality of work was exceptional.

Hunter arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my system. He took the time to go over his findings with detailed explanations/ recommendations. I had two other service providers here in the past, neither were as thorough or knowledgeable as Hunter.

Tony and his crew of two assistants were outstanding. Best price on best AC unit for my upstairs bedrooms and bath and installation was professional and thorough. We are selling our house and the inspector actually commented on the exceptional installation of the new AC handler and lines in our attic. He asked who we used and I told him Tony and crew from Complete Air Solutions. He took Tony's phone number and said he would be referring clients to him based on what he saw during inspection. Anyone looking for new AC units needs to use Complete Air Solutions.

Tech was on-time and very professional. Worked fast and gave an excellent explanation in laymen terms. Made it easy to make a decision. Hunter Links did a great job representing the company and secured future business from me.

Tony was upfront and honest when making the sales presentation and recommended against the more expensive heat pump because it actually wasn't required in my situation. He recommended what I actually needed, nothing more, nothing less. His pricing was very competitive. The installation by Tony and the the crew was done professionally and in a timely manner. I will use Complete Air Solutions for my future needs.

I have a service contract with Complete Air Solutions and they come to test the AC/heater every few months and change out the filter. Tony is always professional, knows the equipment and services, and is on time--in fact they called me to ask if he could be here two hours earlier than our appointment! A pleasant service call experience that also freed up the rest of my afternoon!

We needed some touch up work on our ac vents and ducts as we were losing allot of air into the attic. Tony gave a clear & concise explanation of recommended action and a very clear and reasonable quote. He conducted the work with care, detail & professionalism being sure to update me on his progress with photos & further explanation. He requested I review his work upon completion to ensure I was satisfied. An extremely professional, informative and reasonably priced service. I highly recommend and will certainly use their services in the future.

Tony Rivera came out to have a look at our AC after havingn3 other people tell us that the entire system needed to be replaced (that wasn't the case) he was very thorough and identified the problem, he explained to us what the issues were and how they would need to be fixed.
We asked if they were able to fix those issues and they did for a VERY reasonable price. Our AC was working fine when they left. We intend on using their services for further maintenance and replacement when it's time to replace our system.
They were very informative, we knew; in detail; what was happening and how to identify future problems.

Setting up an appointment was very easy, they have a great system to text updates as the day /time progresses. Pablo was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and arrived on time. Tony was great with a follow up assessment to the system and gave me honest feedback for recommendations on how to progress without trying to push any sales. Definitely plan to call them again when the need arises.

Pablo was spot on, awesome job with my unit... 5 stars not enough!!! Highly recommend this company in the heat of Florida, they really know how to cool you down!!! Very responsible, prompt, and priced reasonably. The best company in Central Florida no risk here they just get things done right! So my very old Carrier after everything was running a peak performance stopped working again. Tony came right out and explained that because it wasn't running before Pablo got it going that the part was too old and failed. The very next day Pablo was out with needed part and Tony gave me a discount to boot? Thank you Complete Air Solutions you made my problem a little easier for me and my family now almost a week and my house has never been more comfortable. Great respectable people helping people, great company with understanding and knowledge. Still feel they are one of the best companies in Cenral Florida! Caring people, quality work, quality equipment. Concern for your comfort, loaner AC units before installation. I wouldn't go anywhere else for HVAC service and installation.

Complete Air Solutions was great! I called for general information about my unit and Tony was kind enough to go over a lot of useful information with me regarding my warrant on the unit, even looked up the company online for me. He also addressed some concerns I had and was very helpful. I will definitely use Complete Air Solutions should I need repairs or maintenance on my A/C! Very very nice, excellent customer service at reasonable prices!

I am absolutely impressed with Tony's work. He is a real pro. He patiently answered all of our pre-install questions. He never pushed my family "to make a quick sale" as well. I just had a preventive maintenance service done today we just wanted to have it serviced before the hot summer months start. The technician Hunter was fantastic and explained everything he did in detail and very knowledgeable. This is my first time using this company… I also scheduled a follow up Preventative maintenance appointment in six months.
