Dan was about as honest and professional as can be. I know nothing about A/Cs and was prepared to pay for whatever repairs Dan said I needed to get my cold air back. Dan discovered I was low on Freon and informed me that I had a very small leak and performing a leak test for over $300 wouldn’t be needed at this time. Dan filled my system with Freon, cleaned my pipes and instructed me on preventive maintenance for long term care. Before Dan left my house was ice cold. Dan could have charged me for a $300 test that I didn’t need, but he was honest and professional enough to only do what was necessary and not rip me off. I appreciate Dans business and recommend him to anyone having A/C or heat issues. Thank you Nicks A/C

I had called three different AC repair service providers trying to fix my issue for months months and paying outrageous amounts... finally nick’s services came in with Mitch who walked me through exactly what’s wrong and why it has been happening fixed it on the spot and now for the first time my AC has been running perfectly and better than it ever has!!

My AC went out during the night so we called first thing in the morning. They were able to send someone fast! The tech was very nice, fixed my issue without any pressure trying to upsell anything. 100% will be calling them back for future services.

Nick’s went above and beyond to help figure out our ongoing air conditioning issue after our unit shut off multiple times. After trying to contact a few local HVAC businesses, they were the most responsive and came to our house right away. Most honest and trustworthy ac company. Nicks’s redid my ductwork in my 36 year old home. When we noticed a small problem (almost a year later!) they came out and fixed and even did an ac checkup on my system!

Id previously used another ac company for years. Follow up on ac contract was non-existent. They sold company and didnt complete any inspections.

These guys are hands down the best! Last May I went down (from WV) to visit my grandma and to help her get things lined out on the farm and at the house. My grandma had just lost her brother, son, mother, and husband in a 4 month time span, so she was having to learn how to do things on her own.

Her AC had messed up and the temperatures were starting to rise. Not knowing who to go with, I called Nick’s AC hoping to get help in the short amount of time I was there. They truly came to her rescue! The immediately came over with a unit to use in the main part of the house until they could get her scheduled the next day.

Their mannerism far surpassed anything I have ever experienced with any business!! They helped her feel in control, by calling her “boss lady” and truly brought tears to my eyes multiple times by their extreme level of kindness. To us they did more than just put in an AC unit. They brought love and peace into a home that had suffered great loss. Here I am writing this 8 months later and I’m still impacted just the same. Mike was the one that over saw her services and I will say that he truly went far beyond his job requirements. These guys were all truly an asset to this company.

I could go on and on about them, but just know that when you choose to go with them, you WILL get an honest and top quality service. They will feel like family. TOP RATE all the way!

We have used Nick’s for a few years now Including regular semi annual maintenance. They are extremely responsive, friendly, and fair. They explain everything and answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend them!

After calling Nick’s this week, I can understand why this company has so many stellar reviews. Denise was very professional and pleasant on the phone. She told me when the tech would be out and he was there even earlier! Fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use this company again.

Minor issue with install. Called on a Sunday and Dan answered right away. Said he would come out very next day to fix it! I will update review once issue is finally resolved.

My AC went out and had a home warranty but their contractors couldn’t get out to do the repairs for 2 days. That will not work in the FL heat...So I called Nick’s AC at 4:45 and Dan was out within the hour and the ac was fixed in under 2 from my call. Went over everything with me and everything fixed for a good price. Client focused and professional. Thanks for helping me out!

If I could give a zero I would. This was by far one of my worst experiences ever. He said, he was the owner and he was so busy trying to discourage us about our new unit & sell us a another brand of a new unit he didn’t care to fix our problem, which was under warranty. He said, the builder made a mistake and put in the wrong size unit & they do this all the time. He bragged about how long he has been in the business & Daikon is by far the worst unit in the business. He was very unprofessional, when he left & he didn’t leave an invoice with what he did or his findings or recommendation’s. He did that all verbally. Months passed from the summer to just recently, then the office is calling to collect a service fee. Mind you, he also told us how he’s friends with the guy/service manager at JB Warranty & he was just doing his friend a favor. So I guess this was not a professional business service call. Smh, I would NEVER use the or refer them to anyone. NICKS AIR CONDITIONING IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

Dan from Nicks air-conditioning and heat, was informative and helpful and he very quickly calmed my worries. He was able to get cool air back in the house very quickly on one of the hottest days of the year. He was personable, and he explained what he was doing while he was doing it.
