There were some pretty major issues with the first install we got but as soon as the review was posted I was contacted immediately and a solution was figured out, the new job is beautiful everything is cleaned up, overall an above and beyond response

Reggie was meticulous and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He was very thorough in his explanation and took pride in his work. We are very please with him and the outcome. Thank you!

Excellent experienced service. I called Thursday evening and they came out first thing Friday July 4th. No emergency fee or extra holiday fee! I appreciate their quick response and communication. Real human not AI!

Very trustworthy and thorough company from making the appointment to the actual service. The service tech, Reggie is very detailed oriented and very friendly. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Reggie enjoys his job and it is refreshing to talk to someone who enjoy the work AND provide great customer service.

Reginald and his partner are truly the most well mannered and detail oriented team that has come to service my AC. Reginald knew what he was doing, answered all of my questions in detail and where I could easily understand. He kept me in the loop on everything he was doing and the outcomes on what he did. I received a text and email from “Dee” letting me know when my appointment is as scheduled for and even added notes of what I was experiencing so that the men would be well aware of my issues. I would recommend AC2 HVAC hands down and definitely put in a request for Reginald!

My recent experience with this company has been less than satisfactory. Despite their initial efforts to fix our malfunctioning AC unit, we encountered further complications a few days later. The unit experienced a freon leak, resulting in discomfort and health issues for everyone in my family, including eye irritation and difficulty in breathing.Unfortunately, the level of professionalism displayed by this company has been lacking. Our attempts to contact them regarding this matter have been met with silence, as they have failed to answer our calls. This lack of responsiveness is not only concerning but also reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service.
It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially when dealing with a matter as crucial as our family's well-being and comfort.

Highly recommend this company. Family owned. Great service, fast response and very knowledgeable as well as personable. Justin knows what he is doing and he does it with honor and pride. I'm very happy I chose them to work my 32 y/o unit and so is she. Still kicking 😊 Dee was amazing!!!

Very fast response time. This company was sent through my property management company and I couldn’t be more impressed. Communication was top notch from beginning to end. Reggie showed up on time, was respectful of property, knowledgeable, and educated/explained what he found and services he performed. With this being a rental he can only perform so much with authorization, but what he was able to do made all the difference. There was immediate colder air coming out from the unit and the house is more comfortable. Reggie also stated he will report all his findings and suggestions to the property team. This man deserves a raise for working in this Florida heat and his genuine love of what he does. Thank you.

These guys are the Superman of air conditioning. Did a fantastic job. Got my air running properly, cleaned up and are polite and professional. Reasonable on pricing too. Justin and Raffie are the best. Thanks guys.

We contacted this company because our AC unit was not putting out cold air conditioning. They were very friendly and professional from start to finish. The secretary booked our appointment fast and our service tech. Reggi showed up and took care of us. Very presentable, very friendly, very knowledgeable, they took the time to explain what was going on and took care of the problem. This 100° heat is no joke thanks to this company. They took great care of us and we are blowing nice and cold again. We have found our new HVAC company that’s for sure. Thanks guys!

After them having Issues with her phone system I was able to text the company and got a very quick response. They came out and fixed my unit very quickly. Everyone who has ever came out has always been very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and knowledge and what this company brings. Reggie, James and Rafi just left my house and installed a whole new system and did an amazing job. Quickly answered any questions I had and treated us like family. 100% highly recommend !!

Justin & his team did great work! Complete installation of 2 new high efficiency heat pumps with all new duct work, at a great price. Justin personally made sure any issues were handled in a timely manner to my satisfaction. Overall pleased with the results and would recommend him.

Highly recommend! I’ve had to call on these guys twice in the last 2-3 years and ofc it was after hours but I left a message and they return the call by morning and schedule for same day if available. They are professional and knowledgeable. Great ppl!

Called them up for a coil/deep clean on our system after other companies tried to upsell us. Everyone we worked with was very professional, efficient, and honest. If you want an experienced team with integrity definitely give them a call!
