I've already referred Nick's Air Conditioning to several friends, they were thrilled.

Had nicks replace my whole ac system. They replaced outside unit and air handler. They did not leave till everything was complete an running and even replaced things that was done poorly from previous installer. Now mind you the old unit was almost 20 yrs. The cost was half of what other companies quoted me. Im head over heels happy with my decision on hiring nicks to do my ac replacement. Family owned and operated . I cant say enough good thing about this company. Thank you again nicks ac and heating for such an incredible installation an for the peace of mind that its done correctly an the jaw dropping price. Don't believe me just call them for yourself..

I was hesitant regarding another AC/Heating company due to previous visits by others, yet nothing getting fixed. Nicks Air Conditioning and Heating gave me what I believed to be an honest evaluation and a reasonable quote to upgrade by heating and air. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, understanding, and they gave me the best quote, better than I had expected. I am so happy with my new unit and highly recommend Nick’s. I am happy to now have new heating and air conditioning and a company I can count on if I ever have problems in the future. I highly recommend Nick’s!!!!

We just recently had Nick's AC come out and install a new AC for us and add insulation to our attic. They are very competitively priced, but more importantly they are determined to satisfy their clients. I had a minor issue with part of the insulation that was blown into the attic and the first word's out of the owner's mouth were "When can I come by to fix it?" They made the fix quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them to anyone. They are truly a class act.

They picked up the phone immediately and scheduled a tech for a convenient time. Not only did they show up early, not only did they fix the problem my previous ac repair company (AAA All Brands, they are terrible) couldnt fix IN A MONTH, they did it in about 45 minutes. Great price for the services rendered. The tech also pointed out that the previous company had been kind of sketchy. Previous company charged me for 10 lbs of refrigerant when the unit only holds 6lbs. Can not recommend these guys enough.

Eric, Dan and their crew were amazing! Our AC unit went out and we received a great price on a new unit. They are fast, efficient, professional, and we now have ice cold AC running through our house. We recommend Nick’s to everyone.

My mother Yvette Alvarez bought a unit from Nick's AC and their services. She is delighted by their customer service. The crew are cordial, respectful and prompt. They took the time to advice her on the type of AC that she needed and were patient on her decision. While others wanted to brake walls and overcharge, they took the time to analyze the situation which ended on not becoming changes on the AC area and with fair price. We highly recommend them.

They did an incredible job installing our new AC unit! Our house is older and it was a tricky install, but they were dedicated to make sure everything was working properly, and Dan came and checked on the unit the following day. They also gave us a great price for our unit.

We are so happy we chose Nick's Air Conditioning for our servicing. The compressed was bad but first Dan made sure it was not a different piece. We are happy with the replacement air conditioner lu is smaller but works better than our old one. Everyone working on-site was very personable and professional. We will continue to use them and recommend them to other's.

VERY UNPROFESSONAL I did a regular AC tuning with them. At the time payment went through and i got invoice. Later they called and ststed that payment did not go through.i didnt get a chance to check at the moment. several months after they called and wanted to charge me 8% each month. I paid them but mentioned it is also their fault too for not completing the payment at the time. When you present your credit card physically onsite after completion of work, it is to finish payment completion. Sooo unhappy with the company.. Never them again😡😡😡

Dan is a great guy, very knowledgeable and fair. He’s not there rip you off, they do good work at an honest price.

I hope to keep this short, however the story needs to be told. Six years ago, we replaced our HVAC system from a 4.5 rated HVAC company locally. Not the lowest or highest quote, but seemed to satisfy our needs. I made the worst decision in my life. Over the past six years, that HVAC system had chronic problems. From cooling, water drainage, switching (cool to heat), and other system issues. It never performed to its potential.

After giving up on the original HVAC contractor, I hired 2-3 other HVAC companies to isolate and correct the issues, which only caused additional issues and compromised the performance/life of the total system.

Nick’s Air Conditioning (Dan and team) brought the skills needed.
Dan understood the history of the problems and systematically isolated the issues. Other installation issues (drainage and prior maintenance mistakes), compromised the entire system. The existing equipment would never perform to its total potential. We needed to replace.

Nick’s AC did the replacement. It has been about a month, but massive improvements. Nick’s had to work through a new product part failure and make some additional modifications due to the prior installation errors. Nick’s team responded to every call and worked through all issues. Nick’s went over and above my expectations.

I think I need to emphasize what was important to me about this experience. I cannot remember any contractor taking the time to understand the history of the problems, listens, discusses alternatives, communicates all plans, has compassion, was overly fair (price), honest and actually followed up. My wife and I highly recommend Nick’s AC services.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dan and Nick’s Air Conditioning and Heating. We called around 7pm on a Tuesday night as our A/C unit had turned off and thermostat was off. Our call was answered and an appt made for the next day. Not even 10 minutes later, Dan, the owner called my cell and offered to come out SAME NIGHT. He was here within 30min and was able to immediately find the problem. He fixed the issue and took his time explaining to me how to maintain the unit moving forward. I am blown away by the service and friendliness (and reasonable prices!!) of Nick’s. I won’t use another company again. THANK YOU, DAN!!

Our 20 year old Unit ultimately decided to break down in the middle of the Florida summer. Dan (Owner) came the same day and was able to troubleshoot, at least until the new unit could be installed. The installation of the new unit was seamless.

From beginning to end I felt more like part of the family than a customer.

They are the best. I work from home and woke up to no ac. I called multiple companies and was told one to two days. I called Nick's, not only could they come the same day, they actually arrived within 2 hours. Denise worked very hard to get a tech to me asap. Thank you for all your kindness, understanding and fast response to getting my ac restored and getting me back to work. BTW the cost was very reasonable.

Nick's AC offered me unbelievable service beyond what I expected. When I called them out for what I thought would be a simple thermostat replacement, they responded almost immediately to remedy. Afterwards they looked over the entire system and we found that we had a much bigger issue on our hands, so we went with full replacement...it was time. He was very helpful in determining which system would be best for my square footage and situation and honored the quote he gave me when a more expensive unit was ordered by mistake. So I got a better unit for the same price and was not kept waiting. The team that installed it was absolutely awesome, and Nick himself is an honorable gentleman. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Nick's AC, and I will be a return customer if the need arises. Thank you!!

We recently had Nick's team move our condenser that was poorly placed by the builder. Their quote for work was a fair price. The technicians were professional and excellent to work with. I called Nick's on 4/5/22 at 8:45am because I was having issues with my AC running all night and not getting down to the desired temp. I got an appointment on the same day at 11:30am. Dan and Eric came to assess the issue as the home and the system are brand new (April 2021). The are even helping me with my warranty issue as I did not complete this when I purchased. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will be signing up with their preventative maintenance agreement. All around great company and I'm looking forward to working with them!

I had a leaking ac & Dan came out and found & wasted no time fixing the issue. Then I was surprised when they returned about a week or two later to check out a issue I reported to my management office. Ended up needing a complete unit replacement. Jimmy did amazing work efficiently & respectfully. He’s definitely an asset to the company! Thank you Jimmy & Dan for taking such good care of me so quickly!
