Nick’s Air did a maintenance service to the air conditioning about two months ago, since they came to our home the system is performing great. Before it hardly stopped, it kept on running almost all day in order to keep the house cool.

We decided to expend a little more for the maintenance fee because Nick’s Air was highly recommended by a neighbor. Every penny was worth it! We are keeping the system at a higher number and the house feels colder that before, the unit is staying off for longer periods which means we are saving in our energy bill.

The day we scheduled the service there was an emergency in the office. We got a call asking if we wanted to reschedule since our appointment was early in the morning, or if it was OK for Dan, the owner, to come at the end of the day or ASAP he was available.

Dan came at five in the afternoon, we appreciated very much that he was not in a hurry and did the most comprehensive service we ever had explaining to us important ways to maximize the life span on the unit. We signed for a yearly maintenance agreement.

We are super pleased with our services from Nicks. We originally called with concerns over a leak and they had a tech out quickly to confirm the problem. We ended up replacing both our interior and exterior units. The entire time the communication and ability to work with our schedules was outstanding. Once the installation process started it took about a total of 6-7 hours to install both units and run all necessary wires and plumbing lines. I was worried about having a huge mess to clean up afterwards but they were so professional and clean. They used drop cloths for almost everything and even swept and mopped all the affected areas. That was especially important as we have small children and dogs. We are about a week out and are loving our new unit. We will continue to use them for our yearly maintenance and for any other emergency HVAC issues

Great service from Nick's team, very responsive and responsible, something hard to find. We choose them after getting 4 different quotes from other companies for a new HVAC. I had a couple of issues with the installation, they did the above and beyond to resolve it. At the end was my thermostat the issue not the new units. However, the response that I got and service was phenomenal. They include two year service of preventive maintenance on top of the normal warranties in labor and parts, something most other companies will charge you. In conclusion, stop looking, just call them, nothing to loose with them.

Dan was shoe to come out same day, helped us keep the cost down with a simple quick repair for an aging system. Great customer service, will definitely be a repeat customer.

No other company could make the repairs for my airconditioner. They were really fast to help me with my airconditioner dilemma. They are extremely well priced and very helpful!! System was down and thermostat inop. Dan found the simple problem and gave everything the once over. We came up with a plan to do some much needed upgrades to the ductwork. Excellent service from a family run company. Highly recommend.

Dan and Austin were here to clean out mold inside my unit, sanitize the ducts and get my system ready for summer. Nicks has had a contract on my unit for 2 years. They were pleasant, worked quickly and left everything clean and orderly. I would recommend them to anyone wanting reliable service and attention.

Highly recommend Air Solutions. I placed my call at 8 am about my a/c going out the night before and was told a technician would be out between 2-5 that afternoon. Technician Tony Rivera arrived at 12:45 & assessed that the motor was bad. He provided me with my options and associated cost. Since my unit is 15 years old I went with his recommendation and work was completed by 2:45. Very pleased with the service and price.

Excellent service, their pricing is great. Tony was reliable and is great with his customer service experience. He even came back and replace a fuse that was out due to a lighting storm a week after the new ac was replace. I would definitely recommend Tony for anyone that needs his service.

Complete Air Solutions is an awesome company and I highly recommend them. The owner Tony Riveria was involved throughout the entire process. He personally visited my home to discuss A/C system options which would best fit my home and budget. No separate sales team which can be pushy. He offers top of the line Trane systems and is extremely knowledgeable and wants to educate the consumer and builds those relationships. His and the companies communication was top notch and very responsive. As well they are very punctual and showed up both appointments right on the dot...no waiting. I am so happy we selected Complete Air Solutions and didn’t go with the company which supplied the air system when I built the house 10 years ago. Awesome Service! I've had a ductless unit installed before, but it was nothing like the prompt and quality installation by Tony and his team. They provide detailed information followed by impressive and very professional service. I'm already planning to have my main a/c unit replaced and won't trust it to anybody except Tony and his team!

Great company with great staff. Pablo is a friendly service tech who really seems to know his business. Tony is outstanding at communicating in a clear and articulate fashion exactly what the issue is and how to rectify the problem. I called complete air solutions to come out and give me a quote to replace my old ac unit. I was able to make the appointment for that same day. The first thing I noticed was how punctual they were. Tony showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all of the information that I needed to make a decision on the right unit for my home. I made my decision and it just happened to work out that the unit I chose was available the next day and they had an open slot. On the day of the job Aaron and Tony were again punctual and got straight to work. They had the unit up and running by later that afternoon. These guys are true pros and I couldn't be happier. Tony and his installation crew were on time and worked through the hit day to complete installation in one day as promised.
His initial sales call was very informative and detailed and the final price was considerably less then 2 other quotes we got.
