Ac's Heating and Air LLC. This company is the best I've dealt with in decades, and will recommend them to my friends and colleagues. Ervin was my technician, and as a former Engineer, I had a lot of questions regarding my 3-year-old A/C unit not cooling properly. The technician Ervin was prompt and on time. He was prepared and had all of the state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. The technician was methodical and determined that I had a leak under the house. What I liked was that the technician educated me on my options, so I could make the right decision. I was given a detailed professional Estimate for two approaches and, after deciding and asking additional questions, made a choice. The next day the work was done, and I could not be happier. I will use this company for all my A/C work/jobs, and it is because Ervin and his company earned it and my trust.

We replaced our very old AC unit this summer using AC's Heating and Air. We already had experience with Allen because he put in a new AC unit in two family member's homes the last couple years. The work was beautifully done in all 3 houses and the employees are very conscientious and professional. Allen is a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to explain the new system and make sure I understood programming the unit. The garage was cleaner after they left than when they arrived! AC's definitely goes above and beyond what I've seen any other company do.

I just want to share what a positive experience I had with this company. Our A/C went out on Labor Day. The company we had been using came out and said the compressor went bad. Unit is not even 2 years old. Ok….things happen, then they proceed to tell me it would be 5-6 weeks for the part to be shipped. Well u can’t live without A/C in Fl. Prayed about it…….there had to be another way. So the next night I was on Google relentlessly. I came across Home Advisor and I sent my info in. Next morning I received a call from AC Heating and Air, I spoke with Ervin. I explained our situation and he was so polite and professional and It felt like he really cared about being without A/C. He stated that he was gonna get on this and have a resolution. He called me this morning first thing and said he was at the warehouse picking up a New Unit. No charge for the new unit only labor which was less then my old company quote for a Compressor and not having to wait for the part. He called and said he was on his way and would be here by noon…..right on time. Now that is Customer Service……which other companies seem to be lacking. He got it installed , explained everything to me step by step. It’s like an Angel dropped out of the sky!! He saved us money and probably saved us from a heat stroke…lol…. This company went above and beyond to make sure our situation was resolved. Core values and taking care of the customer is what this company is about! I will refer them to everyone I know. Thank you so much for the excellent service…….something that has been lacking it seems like everywhere you go. He literally was a life saver. You don’t realize how we take things for granted until something like this happens. I know this is long but I just want to rave about them. So pleased! I had an issue with my AC and they were able to get someone out the same day. Quann went above and beyond making sure my system was fixed and helped with my air handler as well.

I am happy to say that I have just had a mini split air conditioner repaired in a what was a difficult room to cool…a garage studio with a 15 foot ceiling and no insulation. Recommend by a neighbor. Submitted an inquiry for service on Sunday (non ER) and they called me asap on Monday morning. Tech was on time, professional, communicated and answered all my questions. Even got a follow up phone call 10 mins after the completed job. It’s nice to have good customer service from a company.
