My first experience with AC’s Heating and Air was above Outstanding. Juan was our Technician and was extremely polite and professional as well as thorough and extremely knowledgeable about our system. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do before he did it and reviewed everything he did after he was done. He also showed me exactly what his text equipment was reading and explained thoroughly what it meant. I have an electronics and mechanical background with my 24 year Air Force career and everything he explained to me made perfect sense. We have moved over a dozen times and unfortunately have had more than our share of experiences with various air conditioning businesses and AC’s Heating and Air Conditioning stands out way above all the rest. They also have an excellent annual servicing plan that we signed up for that provided a 20% discount on our initial repair and on future repairs. I whole heartedly recommend AC’s Heating and Air over all other competition.

Not happy!
1. Was quoted one price and when the work was done they charged a higher price. They said if I wanted the lower price I needed their coupon, which no one ever told us about.
2. The AC service which included topping off the Freon levels was not done. I found out because we called a family member's AC guys for a second opinion. He came by an hour later and checked our AC and mentioned that our freon was low. He went ahead and topped it off. As soon as he did our AC was blowing out cold air.
We were told by both, our AC was old and needed to be replaced. We will be looking for a different provided to do this job as this company is not one we can trust.

Great staff and excellent customer service. Our Ac is running better than ever. They found some problems that were not allowing the system to perform correctly from the initial install, (by another company), so we are extremely happy with the service and have signed up for their annual service plan. Call Allen for all of your HVAC needs.

I contacted AC's Heating and Air to trouble shoot and give an estimate on why only one half of my house was getting adequate airflow. They did a thorough review and recommended a few things to start on. Ryder came out and redid the ductwork from the air-handler into the house and patched up a large disconnect in the ducting in the attic. This substantially improved our unit's ability to cool the house. And the price was lower than what was quoted by another company. Ryder did a great job and I am very happy with what was done and will have them come out and replace my unit if it ever goes out or some other problem happens.

I had my air ducts replaced by Ac’s Heating & Air LLC. And I highly recommend them. Even when I called them up they were professional and polite. They were on time and did a great job the first time! It’s hard to find a business that is transparent and honest and hard working any more. I appreciate them and recommend them. Thank you guys for all you have done for me and my family.

From the Service Tech, to the Salesman, and the Installer; all did a great job. Oliver and his helper did a fantastic and professional install, and We (my wife and I) are very pleased with the outcome of having a quality system that's quiet and hopefully we will see a decrease in our power bill as we know the older unit constantly ran. Kevin serviced our system and came back to make some functional and cosmetic fixes on our pipes. He did an excellent job and was very easy to work with. The communication with Kevin and the main office was top notch. They are all prompt with email, text and phone calls. We are very impressed!

I needed to replace my old AC unit and found it was very easy to work with them. They even sent the installers out on a Sunday to fit my schedule. Everyone I dealt with was professional and responded promptly. I would highly recommend them.

I had my AC fail on Labor Day. I called the next day and they were great. Spoke to John on the phone who helped me over the phone diagnose my issue briefly. At that point, he schedule an appointment for his tech to come out the next day. Oliver came on time and even called me before arriving. Just like I asked. The tech was very knowledgeable and proper. Once we knew the issue, the company ordered a replacement motor and came in the next day to install. After the install, Oliver ran all needed checks to make sure the system is runner as required. I'm happy with the tech and the company overall. I will use them again in the future and will refer to them others.

AC's heating and air is reliable company that always shows up for when my mom's AC breaks down. They come asap. The technician name Guy is a life saver. He comes super quick and he is the sweetest. he sits with my mom and chats with her. They are practically friends lol, but seriously he does an amazing time and stays as long as it take to get the job done correctly and he care.

Guy came out did the tune up and inspected the ducts because I always have a cooling problem in the master bedroom. He found major issues so I will be addressing that soon. They always give prompt service i havr not had an issue in the past year scheduling with them and u work crazy hours. Thanks again for everything

I called this company hoping to help small business. Huge disappointment. I had an air handler issue their tech could not fix. After several hours, I asked where do we go from here. He said we call you tomorrow to set up another appt. Nothing. Left me hanging. I had to call another company to fix the issue. The did it within 30 mins.

Guy was the technician who arrived at my home to do a thorough inspection. He was very respectful and even thanked me for the opportunity to provide service from his company. He did have good news and bad news and asked me which I wanted first. I told him I wanted the good news first followed by the bad news. He went over every issue in great detail and provided solutions that were affordable. I have always thought that AC’s Heating And Air conditioning was a great company and people like Guy make it even better! I will be a lifelong customer.

Great company. Highly recommend them. Our technician, Guy, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and explains everything. The company is offering a special for November for only $5 for an AC tune up. I thought it was a scam but Guy told me it was not. He did our AC tune up and I paid only $5. Best service and company in town. I wouldn't use anyone else going forward.
