Charles came by on a hot Saturday morning and quickly got up to the attic to troubleshoot. Charles advices it was a bad blower needing to be replaced but on a Saturday it would likely have to wait until Monday. Monday Chris showed up with a colleague and quickly got up and replaced the blower. We had the AC working in no time. We received veteran discount. Great service.

I was having issues with my ac float switch filling with water causing my ac to power off. I called every AC company in my area even the big name companies, but ultimately ended up going with All-Star Heating and Air Conditioning LLC based on their 5 ⭐️ reviews and they could get out faster than anyone else. From the time I made the call to the time the job was finished the experience was A1. Javier got my ac back in working condition in less than an hour. Thank you again.

Their service has been amazing! They answer every phone call you give them. As soon as you have a problem they make you feel like you are top priority. I have no complaints. They have been the best AC company that I have ever had.

Service was excellent. I called first thing in the morning because my AC was blowing warm air. Genaro was at my house before lunch working to diagnose the problem. He discovered that my smart thermostat was faulty and recommended replacing it with a new one that in his experience worked well. I ordered a new thermostat which arrived the next day. When I attempted to install the new thermostat I ran into trouble. I called All-Star again and Genaro came back to my house and quickly spotted a couple of wires I had crossed. He swapped the wires and attached the thermostat to the wall. I highly recommend All-Star Heating and Air Conditioning.

They said they could come the afternoon I called, but as that didn't work for me they came the next day. They made sure my A/C was ready for summer. He also climbed into the attic as some for the rooms stay kind of warm in the summer. He explained why it was like that, and told me different options, and estimates what it would run to fix. Great service and great price and I will definitely call him again in the future!!!

Our AC went out on a Tuesday night. I called them on Wednesday morning and they had someone to my house the same day. Other places I called were days out. Genaro showed up check out our system, tried everything possible but told us we needed a whole new unit. We gave him the go ahead and he came Friday morning to install it. Tech was friendly and very honest company they arrived less than 2 hours after calling to see if they had availability. My ac was up and running in Less then an hour !!

Between my husband and I, we have called them 4 times between the last two days and no return call. One of the hottest days of the year and nothing. Not happy.
