Alex and his team installed a new Heat Pump for me. He was very responsive from the first contact and answered all my questions. Was impressed with his meticulous attention to detail in the install. I would highly recommend Alex and his team.

Wow...so accommodating. Our a/c went out and within about an hour Alex was at our house and had it repaired and running. So professional...I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again. So very thankful we didn't have to go through the long Memorial weekend with no air conditioning.

K&E A/C AND refridgeration provides TOP quality service with knowledge and experience backing them, they treat their customers with the upmost respect, treating you like family, and will address the issue the first time instead of trying to upsell you on things not needed. If i could rate this business 6 stars i would. Its hard to find a honest A/C contractor in Florida anymore, but this buiness is built on honesty and dependability! Update: a couple of great service calls later at two different properties, and I contacted K & E to do a winter replacement of my 22 year old system. They quoted me a great price, gave solid recommendations on upgrades to my current system’s capacity, and had stellar service, even when the install turned out to be a bit more complicated than anticipated. There’s nobody else I’d use for AC work at this point. Highly recommend.

Awesome service! K & E was able to get me on the schedule quickly when my AC went out. Alex had great communication, knew what he was talking about, and did not try to sell me things I didn’t really need. He also thought “outside the box” of what typically causes AC issues. Most of the problems I was having were due to a failing breaker box, so Alex connected me to an electrician who helped address the root problem quickly. His rate for the service call was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

Me and my company have been working with Alex for few years now. Great and fast communication first of all. I felt Comfortable with him from the start, and i have To trust people I work with. He showed up for me and answered every “911 “ call I had to this day. Before I would go in a panic mode if an ac would leak how long would it take me to make an appointment with big company, who will they send , will they address the issue. Alex always has at least a temporary solution. Until the fixes the problem. Simply a great professional.

Alex, I want to tell have wonderful Aidan is. Very professional, knows he’s A/C’s and explains what and how it works. Aidan is very thorough at his job. He also cleans up makes sure everything is working before he left. You have a hard to find now and days employee. Alex has the patience of a saint. Alex has been to my parents house a few times to help resolve their AC issues. Some problems were of their own making, others were legit problems. Alex has fielded I-don't-know-how-many calls from my father and handled him with more patience than I probably can manage.

Fast, Professional, and Reliable

I had an issue with my AC where the fan above the evaporator coil stopped working. I called in the morning and was able to get a same-day appointment—huge relief in this Florida heat! The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and confirmed the part was under warranty by calling Carrier directly. He replaced the motor and had everything running smoothly within 90 minutes. Super professional and efficient service. If you're in Apopka and need AC help, this is the team to call!

Alex and his team did an amazing job replacing our HVAC system. I appreciated the prompt and excellent communication. Our 16-year-old unit was noisy and located outside our kid’s window. Alex was fantastic in helping us find the right system for us and was quick to answer all my questions. We were even able to switch to a different system the night before the appointment. The new Amana is incredibly quiet. I would usually call a different A/C company whenever there was an issue, but not anymore. I highly recommend Alex and K&E team.

Huge rave for K&E AC! We started having AC problems and contacted them after 8pm last night. They were attentive right from the start with great communication! They offered to come last night at an incredible rate, but we were unable to so they came today. They were timely and walked me through everything. Even provided tips to keep mu AC running smoothly. They didn't try to oversell or force a service contracts! The reviews I've read about them are not wrong! Best AC guys around!
