I called Certified AC Services to come out to install a new thermostat on a system they had put in my home. I was trying to do it myself but at the very end I hit a roadblock and couldn’t figure out what to do. When I explained to Addison everything that I had done, he said that he would walk me through the final steps and save me the cost of him coming out. I ended up trading out the thermostat a second time, and he walked me through the process all over again. I called a couple times and he was thorough and patient and supportive. In the end I got it installed and running “on my own” with him telling me exactly what to do. I appreciate that he was looking out for my best interest and was diligent in helping me.

I have live in Orlando since 2010. This is the only company I trust to make sure my heating and air conditioning are running perfectly. Highly recommend the maintenance plan; twice a year they come out to check the system and make sure everything is functioning correctly. They are on time, and very courteous!

The ladies in the office are super kind and helpful. They were able to get a technician out to me within the same day. Will definitely recommend to others :)

Absolutely blown away by the service from emergency repair tech Billy. We have an AC unit from Certified AC Services through a house we purchased about a year ago. The system was warrantied through the previous owner and passed on to us. When our unit stopped working this afternoon I was worried about a huge repair cost. Billy talked me through multiple troubleshooting steps without having to book an on-site appointment. It was a sweaty fix in the attic but he helped me get my AC back and running in a personable, highly knowledgeable and professional manner without a dime out of my pocket. Absolutely stellar service.
