This is the best and most honest crew you could ask for in Orlando. After calling 6+ HVAC vendors, I realized that it was only All-star that bothered to even ask about my issue instead of only telling me what the service call fee is.

They were the most timely, professional, honest, and affordable of all vendors in Orlando. I requested a follow-up check on the service they performed and they obliged without charge. Moreover, I was updated with new ETA's as soon as a traffic jam left the tech (Javier) get stuck in bumper to bumper traffic for over an hour.

The team lead (as well as his crew), Janeiro, is really professional and knowledgeable.

Great service! Put in request for service and they came within 24 hours of request. Tech was super nice and shared a bunch of information to help maintenance and repaired the clogged drain, and installed a drain plug. Was excellent and would use again.

The tech (Javier) arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue & completed the repair in a timely manner. And the repair cost less than I had anticipated. I highly recommend All-Star. Genaro & Javier came over the same day I called because my AC was not cooling. They fixed the issue quickly and they gave me an amazing deal for a new unit since it’s time for it to be changed. If you want speedy and incredible services at reasonable pricing, you have to give them call!

All Star did an amazing job they are committed to their work. They showed up at my house after hours to fix a clogged pipe. They didn’t leave until after 10:30 PM and then return the following morning to make sure that it was still operating successfully. I don’t know any company that would have taken the time and care to make sure that my AC water pipe was unclogged and functional properly. They are forever my AC company.

Wyatt was my technician for service on my air conditioning. He got right to work and was very focused and through in analyzing what the issue was. Wyatt got my air-conditioner working pending approval for the work that was required for the repair from the property owner. All-Star got the approval very quickly and scheduled the repairs within 2 (business) days. Their communication was outstanding through the entire process. This is truly an exceptional company.

This is the Fourth of July and I was very satisfied that they came and repaired my AC within a couple of hours.AC is working great.

Was able to be seen sooner due to a cancellation and my tech Justin was very friendly and was able to get us up and running quickly.

They were able to fit me in their schedule. They set up an appointment and were actually able to come sooner and I was notified via email and phone call. Luckily it was an easy fix.

Owner Justin went out on an emergency basis to assist with a former client who was wheelchair bound and no air conditioning and completed the work very quickly.

Highly recommend! Great service! They provide appointment reminders, great updates on the tech arrival time, and super nice and professional staff. The preventive prevention plan is a must in Florida and the cost is great.
