These are the guys I would rely on again for emergencies. A problem came up in my house with the heater at 11 at night. The call was answered, and service was arranged without delay. The crew arrived and focused on fixing the issue. The situation was handled before it turned into something worse. The visit brought relief during an unexpected situation.

They were punctual and very professional. They solved the issue. I was satisfied but I think it was a little pricier than expected. I have not compared with other companies. They originally charged me around $500 to rewire the AC since they said the wiring has reheated and the fuse had burned. They said that the cables had reheated because I had changed the capacitor and I had left the cables lose and this caused the heating of the cables. I asked the technician to change the fuse and he said that he needed to change the wires because otherwise it wouldn’t work. He then made a discount of around fifty dollars.

Johnny were very honest about the problem and the likely expense when our hot water system needed to be fixed. They arrived on time and quickly repaired it. Outstanding customer care and follow-up!

George and Southern Coast showed up and replaced my broken hot water heater with a tankless upgrade in the same day. Previously they also took care of a broken sewer main that I had and provided the same excellent level of service. Highly recommend

We started hearing gurgling sounds from the toilets and tubs, especially after running the washing machine. At first, we thought it was a small clog, but the problem kept coming back. After an inspection, it was clear that the sewer line had a damaged section that needed to be replaced. The crew from Southern Coast Services got to work and handled the repair without dragging it out for weeks. Once the new line was in place, the noise stopped, and the drains worked normally again.

Tyler was very professional and speedy. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I am 100% satisfied with the job! I will most definitely be returning. My new ceiling fan was installed to perfection.

Didn’t catch the name of the owner, but he helped my grandmother out with a great price as well instead of trying to rip her off. Amazing team.

Master bath toilet started leaking at the base. George from Southern Coast Plumbing & Electrical Services was sent out. He replaced the cracked wax ring, caulked around the base and said not to use for 24 hrs. We paid for the service.
In less then 2 hours water was moving across my bathroom floor. We called and George returned the next afternoon and determined the wax ring was doing it's job. The bolts that attach the water tank to the bowl were loose and water was running down the back of the bowl, not visible until you get down with a flashlight.
He not only checked and tightened every bolt, he did not charge for the extra work.

On the Southern Coast Services, Steve and his group are the authorities. Amazingly, they replaced every switchboard in under 3 hours, even though I had to change them all. Their professional approach and upbeat manner completely amazed me.

They gave me the earliest window. They had me down 8 to 11. I took off work in the am . It kept being pushed back later and later, that I had to take off the entire day . I finally said to the girl to give me an estimate on the part a garbage disposal of what a replacement cost , they couldn’t . This is odd because I got a response from 3 other companies immediately what parts and labor would cost, they are just horrible . Scammy and their customer service sucks . I would never recommend them to anybody. The least they could have done for moving my appointment hours and hours later and inconveniencing me, was waive the fee but they did not care. Millions of other companies with better, transparent pricing and more prompt time frame for service . Horrible experience… never again! I had a guy come within an hour of me contacting him , and probably charge me half of what they would have . Everything is back and working. But what a headache this company is !!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible. Nobody knows anything ; technician s running behind well how much behind I don’t know, how much is the part I don’t know , what do you know !? Get better customer service!!!!

My kitchen faucets were leaking, and Johnny from Southern Coast Services fixed them perfectly. He charged a very reasonable price and completed the work very quickly. Very highly recommended!

Remember they do Electric, plumbing and air conditioning, which I didn't know at first so we needed them for electricity initially then hired them for plumbing work!

The wiring issue was located during the visit and fixed right away. The power returned and stayed stable afterward. The explanation was given in simple terms that made sense. It worked normally once the repair was finished. I felt comfortable using it again and would call this company for electrical help in the future.

They showed up on time, replaced the outlet with a weather-resistant one, and checked the rest around the house just to be safe. I really appreciated that kind of attention to detail. It was a quick fix, but I feel way better knowing everything’s secure out there.
