The technician took over three hours to arrive after the scheduled appointment time, and the repair ended up being more expensive than initially quoted due to additional labor costs. The actual AC repair was done competently, but the delay and lack of upfront pricing transparency were major letdowns.

Came to my house and was here for literally 10 minutes and wanted to charge ne 175 bucks.....im in the service business myself i know that you're time, and knowledge is everything. But I thought 175 was a little steep for my liking. I give breaks to people all the time, and are fair with people. If customer of mine feels like they got ripped off. I try to make it a more fair price. I was willing to pay him 100 bucks. I was not expecting free. Im fair with all my customers. .....the story gets better...my girlfriend paid the guy 150 bucks He said it was the fuse....ok he said it was fixed. 10 minutes after he left the ac stopped again...lets just say I fixed it. Remind me what you did for me again???????

Terrible service. Apparently they don’t utilize their own workers they sub out. Go with anyone else other than this company.

Great service. My A/C went out and they came out the same day and fixed my unit quickly. They were very friendly and professional.

They came same day I called. reasonable prices for parts. Technician explained the problem and fixed it within a reasonable amount of time.

Every employee was respectful and polite. Pricing was fair. They wouldn’t leave until they knew we were taken care of. They even found us an affordable electrician. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC repairs.

My A.C. was not cooling my house and I am relatively new to the area. I called at 8 a.m. and they came out by noon. The compressor wasn't working and the replacement would have been very costly. They checked and found that the starter needed replacing and saved me over $1600 in repairs. They were friendly and very professional. I recommend their service to anyone in need of a.c. or heating repair. I will continue to use them for all of my needs.

I noticed the AC would shut off randomly throughout the day, even when the house wasn’t cool yet. I thought it was the thermostat, but they found a wiring issue near the outdoor unit. It wasn’t something I ever would’ve caught. They got it fixed in one visit and stayed a bit to make sure it didn’t trip again. It’s been working fine ever since. Really glad I didn’t try to guess and fix it myself.
