I would give them a zero, but that's not one of their categories. They are so incompetent. They installed a Rheem unit without the filter door like my old unit had to keep dust from getting tucked into the unit. They were rude. Thisbunit never worked well. They did not tell me I had to register the unit, so now, 5 years later, I cannot get these very expensive parts under warranty. To make matters worse, now they marked with another incompetent company that has no records of me having purchased the unit. Please, do yourself a favor and find a competent, reputable company.

Used Air Boca for years and still had a maintance contract when thye sold the company to new owners. They came out for maintance. The technician (Tito) explained that I had cold air leaking from the unit and wrote an estimate for 5k to put in an air purifier, duct cleaning and sealent. I asked why he couldnt repair the leak at the location where it was leaking to avoid the mold since thr unit was only 4yrs old. It wasclear he was just trying to sell me something and not to say that I couldn't use what he was selling but I had absolutely NO trust in him at that point. I asked to please seal the area where the leak was and he said I put a little tape there. I asked him to send me the estimate via email and he flippantly says oh yeah sure. I am looking for a new AC company that I can trust.

It has been a pleasure having Air Boca perform all our AC repairs and replacements, in addition to a new Nest Thermostat! This organization has exhibited integrity of character founded upon the Golden Rule of Business whereby they treat their customers the way they would want to be treated! They have a magnificent team of technicians who exhibit superior experience and knowledge in every step of repairs and installations completed at our home. They are polite, courteous, in addition to being neat and clean with everything that was done in my home, they left everything immaculate. The technicians were totally engaged with the work they performed and we are more than happy with our AC after their repairs. In this day and age when it often seems that customer service has been devalued and discontinued by many AC businesses it is refreshing to know there is a phenomenal AC company like Air Boca who knows how to treat its customers! We highly recommend Air Boca to everyone who needs AC replacements and or repairs!

We highly recommend Air Boca. We’ve been with them since 2015. They installed a new A/C unit for us in 2015. We’ve had no trouble. Their maintenance service is outstanding. We recently had our semi-annual maintenance which was very thorough. Cody, our maintenance technician, was wonderful. He was thorough, neat, efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. He even wore booties over his boots to keep our floors clean. Thank you Air Boca.

Used Air Boca consistently in the past, today I called and it was a new company. Alright I guess whatever, sat in an automated system for almost 2 minutes and then the guy who answered the phone seemed exhausted to have to pick up the call. Hung up and called Hopkins Air, they were at my house in 30 min. Idk what happened but it’s deff not for the best.

Great service. I never leave reviews but this has to be said. Called on a Sunday night and they arrived within 30 minutes.

Got a new system the next day with little to no notice. Excellent service they went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend AC Cool any more!! Great job thank you! Everything is working perfect

Friendly and Efficient I had a fantastic experience with AC Cool Air. The technician was friendly and worked efficiently to fix my air conditioner. They made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

This company is the best thank you so much to Sam for coming out and fixing my AC overnight. They came to an 8:30 PM. Call and got my AC working within 45 minutes. What an incredible company thank you for coming out and getting my AC fixed in Boca Raton you’re not gonna find a faster company that’s hands-on. I called Fort companies. The other two wanted only to replace my AC and did not even consider fixing it, but Ac Cool Air came to the rescue and got my AC fixed within 45 minutes. The guy even had the part on his truck ready to go.

my ac hasn’t been working for about two weeks and despite all my effort and home remedies, i knew i had to call to get it fixed. i called AC Cool Air because they have helped me before when my ac stopped working about a year ago. John picked up and told me he could be there within the hour. i was so glad because it was already 7:30 pm and i didn’t know if i could sleep in 80° heat another night! he came and thoroughly cleaned out my ac unit. he also gave me some advice for monthly maintenance as well to prevent this from happening again. thank you John for all help!!

Company came by as they were supposed. There was a misunderstanding regarding the part that was supposed to be the issue.
Wrong pics were sent to the Insurance company.
I called Ac cool Air back, they realized that it was a mistake. They made sure to call back The Insurance company and have them approve the claim.
