Mike came by the very next morning after I to inspect my old unit. I trusted his judgment and I purchased a 2.5 to unit. It was reasonably priced, checked all the boxes, and perfect for my home. I know if this is true because my brother is also an A/C guy but doesn't live in this area and he told me yes, purchase from them. Mike was very transparent/thorough in communicating what the issues were with my old unit AND he made sure I had a temporary fix until the installation. The installation was completed the very next day by Shawn and his capable team member. They were also prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves and put a smile on my face, very friendly and capable. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean it. I have now found a very trustworthy service provider for all of my A/C, plumbing and electrical needs. As a single woman in South Florida, it's very hard to find trustworthy businesses and I have already been burned in the past, so I was very apprehensive. I now feel very confident about the decision I made to hire them and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Southern Coast sent a very qualified technical to service my tankless water heater, and did a great job at a very decent price. Not many plumbers are familiar with the tankless water, but many claim they are and will send a technician with a hefty price.

Chris Baker provided responsive customer service/consultation as well as very expert installation (preparation, execution and clean up). While circuit breaker panel project was expensive, I was comfortable with hiring a very reputable company and was glad to have its seasoned technician perform the work.

This is a terribly overpriced company. Read the 1 star reviews and be diligent with them. I had an ac and outside electrical box that I let these guys con me into replacing because they said it was old and the cause of my issues. Total for both was 15k which I learned later was terribly overpriced and all I had to do in the old units was replace a breaker. These guys are trained to waste your time and upsell services. Not sure how they have gotten so many positive reviews. Google must be filtering the low star reviews from the averages.

The driveway was a total mess because water was bubbling up through the cracks every time I turned on the hose. Johnny and two other guys from this company come out to look at it, but they just scratched their heads and couldn't find the source. I found these guys due to ratings, and they used their gear for camera inspections to look deep under the pavement. They found a cracked fitting that was buried way down in the dirt. It was a relief to finally find the real problem.

I had a massive leak under the concrete path that required a sewer line repair and replacement last week. The crew from Southern Coast Services used a special camera to find the break and then brought in a shovel to get to the pipe. They replaced the crushed section and made sure the water was flowing away from the house correctly. It was a lot of physical labor, but they stayed busy until the dirt was back in place.

Late at night, we found water spreading under the sink and didn't know what to do. We called this company, and their supervisor answered right away. Johnny arrived and stopped the leak before it caused more damage. He repaired the pipe and checked the surrounding area to make sure nothing else was affected. The situation was under control once he got there.
