My AC went out on a brutally hot Saturday, and I was expecting the usual weekend voicemail runaround. But to my surprise, someone actually picked up—Abel from Premier Heating & Cooling. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but he went above and beyond to get a technician to my home that same day. The tech arrived earlier than expected, was extremely professional, and had the AC up and running in no time. The level of service and responsiveness blew me away. I can’t recommend Premier Heating & Cooling highly enough—they truly deliver when it matters most.

My experience was great - I called at 7pm after arriving home to my AC not working. The team was at my house within 25 minutes and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. He took the time to explain what had happened and how to avoid it in the future. Pricing was fair and most importantly, my AC is running better than before.

I called to AC cool air Sunday night just 20 minutes before the holiday coming. AC cool air arrive on my house after 40 minutes fix my AC and he left. He charge me $150 for holiday invites to my house 20 people and I was afraid I’m going to be without AC tonight thank you AC cool air

A/C stopped blowing cool air Sat. afternoon. Called my service co. but it was too late and couldn't send someone till Mon. AM. I found AC Cool Air's ad in my community's flyer and called them. Sam, the owner came at 7PM. He checked the unit and found it to be very low in Freon. He added same and found a leak in air handler. He sent 2 techs to fix the leak and clean the coil. They found an additional leak in the outside unit which they also fixed. They did a wonderful job. Left the work site spotless and the unit is working great for what I consider a "reasonable" cost. He just became my new A/C guy.

Sam and his team was very professional, efficient , and thorough. I rate them five star that's how good they are.

Jack was the best guy he came to my house he fixed my air conditioning at 9 pm and we really love this guy he works with Leo and this is a family business we really like these ppl !

Great service, they came and checked my unit and air temperature coming out of the supply vents and at no cost!!! Seems like it was a very hot day and the AC was working. Did not take advantage of the situation! Great guys!

The gentleman from AC cool was the first one that actually told me the compressor is not working. Which means a new unit must be installed. There were three or four guys before him who kept throwing the BS around. This guy has been upfront from the beginning. I would recommend very highly.

Darrel and Campbell did an outstanding job fixing our AC! Our system wasn’t blowing cold air, and it turned out the drain line needed work and the filter needed changing amongst other things. They arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got everything sorted efficiently.

They were both professional, knowledgeable, and really easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly, made sure the system was running properly before they left, and even gave us helpful tips for ongoing maintenance.

Sam, the owner, personally came out and conducted a very thorough inspection of our system. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained all of our options, not just for a quick fix, but also for maintaining and eventually replacing the system down the line.

These guys are GREAT. They know exactly what they are doing. Another company told me I need a new unit. Joe & Joe told me my A/C easily has a few good years left and it only needs an inexpensive starting capacitor. Their honesty saved me a lot of money and frustration.
