Poor overall experience. Sergio arrived on site to address a leaking dishwasher. Water was dripping from the door when we called. He was on site for 5 minutes, started a dish wash cycle, and let us know he could try to level the dishwasher. The leak was not replicating (it wasn’t leaking until mid-cycle.) He did not stay for cycle to see / diagnose. Instead he offered ~$165 to level the dishwasher, and he could come back if that didn’t work for another ~$165 to replace the gasket. He was unable to diagnose the problem in the ~5 minutes he spent with the machine - asked for his $75.00 service call fee. I was astonished that it was that fast - and he didn’t wait to see the leak before
Offering a solution. I feel like I paid $75.00 for information to be told to me I read off Google… I wanted it fixed, not just try two different $165 options and hope it worked. Poor experience
Compared to others I’ve worked with in past.

Washer broke. Appeared to be belt. Sergio arrived and tightened some nut that came loose causing the belt to skew and break. And he replaced the belt. So far so good! Only thing, it was a little more $ than I expected but for a Saturday repair I'm very happy with them.

Came right away on a holiday weekend and fixed our dishwasher very quickly! 5/5 and will definitely use in the future

Everglades Appliance Repair really saved the day!
Our Sub-Zero refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling and we were worried we’d lose all our food. We called Everglades Appliance Repair, and they came out the same day. The technician was friendly,professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had the fridge up and running again in no time.
It’s hard to find a reliable appliance repair company these days, but these guys are the real deal. If you need Sub-Zero refrigerator repair or help with any home appliance in South Florida, I highly recommend Everglades Appliance repair. Fast, honest, and dependable service.

Sergio is a very reliable and honest professional. Before I called him I read his negative reviews and they were basically an issue with price. I’m a firm believer in that old saying you get what you pay for. He has way more positive reviews than negative anyway. My washing machine broke Sunday morning. We called Sergio and he was in my house by 5pm. He was a little later than the time initially quoted but he was out doing other jobs so naturally delays happen. But he kept us updated with timeline changes. Sergio diagnosed the problem quoted me a price. I’m not going to lie I wish it was less but ultimately it was cheaper than just going out and buying a new washer. Sergio ordered the parts and was back at my house Tuesday for the repair. There is a reason he has a high rating. He is worth his fee.

I had a technician come out last week to address issues with my refrigerator. The service cost approximately $400, and while the fridge appeared to be working initially, it began showing the same error codes again after just one week.

Now I’m being told that another part needs to be replaced for an additional $180—something that was never mentioned during the initial service. This gives me the impression that the repairs are being approached as a guessing game at my expense.

Had I been informed that the problem might not be fully resolvable, I could have put that $400 toward purchasing a new refrigerator instead. Since the original issue remains unresolved and I no longer have confidence in the repair process, I am requesting a refund for the initial service.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.

My refrigerator was never repaired and my money was never returned. I did not hire this company for maintenance — I hired them for a repair, which was never completed. I was also told that some of the repairs were “under warranty,” which turned out to be dishonest. I sent a follow-up message that was ignored. This company did not resolve my issue, and I strongly recommend choosing another company.

I called for my refrigerator on Sunday , Sergio came out diagnosed the problem ordered the part and had it repaired and running on Monday!! I highly recommend this company as they are fast , efficient, and very reliable! The prices are great, they are not out to gouge you !! Thank you Everglades Appliance Repair

My freezer wasn’t working properly. I called a few different places around 5pm on a Friday and this was the only company that could come out to repair it same day. Sergio M. from Everglades Appliance Repair arrived around 7 and was gone by 8:15. He fixed the issue with the compressor and replaced the ice maker. Everything’s been working great since.

Serg did a wonderful repair on my Whirlpool washer. Called up and Serg came out the same day. Serg is my repair guy now.
