Billy was prompt, professional, courteous and explained everything that needed to be done very well. This is the 2nd time I have used Appliance King and they have saved me from having to buy a new dishwasher and fridge at a fraction of the cost. Highly Recommended!

Called Appliance King of America based on a neighbor's referral and am so glad we did! Our tech (Billy) was super professional and had great communication, and clearly had a wealth of expertise. Really easy to book an appointment with them online, too. Will definitely be calling them again in the future for any appliance servicing or repair needs.

A repair call is never too soon. Ours was delayed a week because a part had to be ordered and took a couple days. Jordan was our tech and I must say he was very professional and friendly as well. He had a way of making you feel comfortable. We could tell just by his demeanor that he knew what he was doing. I wish all service calls from any provider were like this one. Hopefully Jordan will be our tech down the road with future repairs.

Joe has a lot of experience and I’m also happy with the company because they did call me first and he called me for us to let me know exactly when he was arriving that shows professionalism and Joe just has a wonderful low-key personality and 30 years of experience you can ask for more than that very lovely person

Appliance King was an overall 10 out of 10 to deal with. I own a service based business and can appreciate a company that is run smoothly. From the polite lady who handled scheduling to the friendly technician, the communication was phenomenal. I will be using appliance king again in the future, and will recommend them to others. If you are in the Palm Beach County area you should use them too.

my refrigerator stopped working on Wednesday. I called Appliance King, They were able to get someone to help me on Thursday. I want to express how pleased I am with the service man that came to house. Billy was very professional and obviously wanting to get my refrigerator working as it should. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact even all my neighborhood will no longer use them. The lack of accountability and professionalism is terrible. They came to fix our dryer and put the wrong rubber band to spin the dryer. The rep kept accusing us of putting too much in the dryer when he had put the incorrect part. He came back and said we must have done this. He then scratched the walls with the metal hooks from the dryer. Then scratched the walls all the way down the stairs with his tools hanging from his backpack. When we called the supervisor Luanne she was rude and refused to help us or give our money back.
A new company came out to fix our dryer with the correct part thank goodness and said we could have had a fire from what the man from Appliance King did.

Am new to the area and needed my drier fixed. Family was coming to visit and my wife was not pleased about the appliance situation.
I called Appliance King about 11:40 AM and spoke with i believe Stephanie. She was extremely pleasant and took all my information. I explained the urgency and she reported a window for service would be provided between 12-3. (SAME DAY).
Joseph was the technician and called to provide specific arrival time. He was extremely courteous and very professional. He conveyed he would fix the problem and not to worry. Long story short, he was GREAT. Service call completed without hassle from initial contact to service person. This is a great company with great people. I saved their number. This is real customer service!

Joseph was an amazing technician! He was patient , kind, and most importantly, honest. My washer water level was low, or so I thought, and he informed me that my water level is perfectly normal. He said he could have charged me for some unnecessary parts, but that I didn’t need anything. It’s just how manufacturers are making washers these days to save on water and to comply with newer EPA laws on water levels. All that to say, Appliance King has just gained a new customer and I will tell all my friends to use them when they need a service technician or new appliance. 5 stars!!!
