Jordan and Benny were excellent representatives. The arrived on time, were knowledgeable and professional, and made the repairs quickly. I highly recommend this group.

Jordan and his install crew was amazing great experience

Cody was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He cleaned up and made sure I understand the warranty. He is one of the reasons that I would not hesitate to call Appliance King in the future.

The worst service. SCAM. First, the technician didn't even open the washing machine. He didn't even stay at my house 10 minutes. He just said I needed a new board and that it would take five months to arrive, and that it was better to buy a new one, as they sold new ones. He was only worried that I would have to pay the $149 visit. Watching videos, there are many ways to fix it, but you have to open it and inspect it, and this guy didn't even open it. Very disappointing.

Joe was great! Diagnosed our dishwasher issue right away & gave us our options to repair or replace. We chose to repair. Part was ordered & Joe came back out & fixed our dishwasher in no time! He was very friendly & neat!

Absolutely phenomenal service from beginning to end! I easily ordered a dishwasher online through the website for a property that I'm staging and listing as a realtor. To my surprise, I wasn't charged immediately and received a call to confirm my order the next morning from Julie. Their team, Benny & Khari, delivered and installed the dishwasher that afternoon. They were courteous, kind, and had positive attitudes. Benny and Khari were also early to the appointment. I have found my new go to company for appliances and appliance repair. Thank you Julie and team!!!

Jared did an awesome, wonderful job!! He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing and this was not an easy job but he knew what to do. Thanks so much Jared!!

Great customer service. Easy to book an appointment. Joseph was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The parts took no time to arrive, and Joseph returned and got the dryer working right away! I highly recommend!

This is a family owned company that really earned my respect and praise. They were honest, first and foremost recommending I replace my refrigerator instead of fixing it. They would have made more money the other way. Communication was incredible from Luanne and Julie! Highly recommend them!!

That’s my story with these guys, I’m just visiting - so unfortunately, it’s easy to take advantage of me:
1. Repaired refrigerator with them last year. A technician (Jordan) told me it was a control board and it would be about 600$ with a new part (their work 150$ + 450$ part). Also told me that a new refrigerator would cost me twice (1200+$) than their repairs. (Now I know that I can buy a new one on sale around 800-900$). So, the part came, they did repairs, but it broke again in a week. Jordan came again and repaired – it works now. Today (after a year) I checked the price of control board for the refrigerator – it,s 239$+tax in official shop and 161$+tax in Sears. So +200-300$ advantage on one part. During the repairs he also broke vent grille – so it does not sticks to the vent.
2. This year repaired a GE washer&dryer set with them. Still being a newbie in interaction with such guys. The same story – came a guy (Brian) and told me the problem was a control panel and the price for their service is 676,55$ (!) (150$ work + 516,55$ part) but it is still twice less than to buy a new one (Now I know that I can buy a new one on sale for about 1000$). I started to suspect something but still paid them. Today I checked the price of control panel – it is 347,75$ (!) He changed the part but the problem was even not in it. (!) It was a lock (!) The washer worked 4-6 times and broke again (!). He came again and offered me to change a lock for 400$ (!!!!) but I was already too suspicious about him and checked the price of the lock – it was 76 $(!!!). I talked to their owner and they changed it for 76$, but it broke again after 2-3 washes (!!!). They sent a new guy (Ryan), a nice guy – he changed control panel and lock again. It washed 5-6 times and boke again (!) Ryan came again and told me that it is a transmission and it is 700$ more to repair (!) lol. Of course I did not.
So for this precious experience I paid about 1352$ + a lot of time of my holidays + a lot of wasted nerves. Do not be like me, please.
P.S. they offered me 250$ (!) discount if I buy a new GE washer&dryer set from them which was still more expensive than a much better set from Samsung (!) LOLOL
P.S.S. of course no money back and no year warranty -
In the midst of my elderly mother getting set up for hospice, her refrigerator stopped functioning properly. With luck I called this company and from the first person I spoke to (I believe it was Lisa), to Joe the technician who came out, I received excellent service. It turns out the appliance is broken and parts can't be replaced because of a Sears ripoff policy, but this company is helping to replace it as soon as possible because they understand the dire situation that we are in here. I am very lucky to have called them. Post date: had it delivered today by Khori. He managed to move the old one out by himself, no easy task and get the new one in. He was very pleasant and good at what he did. My mom's apartment was tricky and he had a lot of maneuvering but he never got frustrated. Cool and calm. Great business all the way through to the end.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Joe. He arrived ahead of schedule after giving me a courtesy call with an accurate ETA. He was extremely professional and courteous, clearly explaining the issue with my refrigerator and the proposed solution. While a repair wasn't done on this visit, I appreciate his thoroughness in outlining the next steps for a new appliance. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and communications. Problem with Bosch refrigerator, they ordered the part, and install went smoothly. Y condo recommended them and it was a good choice.
-
Very bad service. I will never recommend
-
extremely poor follow up, took money to replace a part and now have been waiting 4 months with the excuse being waiting on part if we even get a response at all
-
Avoid like the plaque… once you pay good luck getting them to show up. They don’t answer their phones or return calls. They schedule you and don’t show it or call to say they won’t make the appointment… when you do get them and they break a part and have to come back and fix it in 2 days… yeah never came back to fix it and won’t answer/return calls… just avoid at all cost.

Needed a downdraft repair - called these guys as they were a Dacor "service person". Guy came out right away - diagnosed issue and ordered the part which we paid for - then, waited for weeks... nothing but excuses, most time office didn't answer phone. Reported a complaint with BBB - Wilco immediately called and said they would reimburse us - weeks later, have not been credited. BTW - I ordered the part myself, received it the next day and replaced it myself in an hour.

Washer door fell off. Found on Facebook. Texted and on a Saturday, responded within 5 minutes. Someone came on Sunday to look at it. Had to order part. Was to be back between 4 and 6 today. Was there right at 4 and fixed on less than 10 minutes. Saved me $1000!

I hope that this post goes out to anyone that is looking for a very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, reasonable, prompt and nice company as GC, Bruno with Zac who do just about anything including but not limited to appliance repair and for us they are dryer vent savants.

They were very quick to respond- flexible to my last minute schedule issue - and fixed my dryer for less than originally quoted. Also told me simple fix issue to help prevent future problems. I’d give them more stars but only 5 available. Thanks yall.

Technician was on time, friendly and did a great job. I have used this company a few times for dryer vent cleaning and will continue to use them.
