I have used Quick Vents for many years. If I could give ten stars instead of five I would! Bruno has always helped me out with many of my appliances needs.

Bruno is incredible and so was Zach. Cleaned the vents, explained everything to me and is honest and genuine. Highly recommend

I had a problem with my refrigerator not cooling on a Friday afternoon. They came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for Monday. They came and installed the part and I’m VERY happy with their service and I will be calling them from now on with any other problems in the future if I should have any. Thank you for your prompt attention and consideration.

Very professional service.
Bruno Fraga who made the call was very professional and performed required tasks. He checked out other appliances which were not on the list to insure all were working properly.
He described the tasks he needed to complete and the visit went as planned.
He had very good interface with the tenant of the property.

Dryer vent cleaning was fabulous. But they charged was so much better than every other quote that I had gotten. I recommend them highly.

Glad I was referred by a neighbor. Bruno answered immediately and sent someone over the nxt day. Parts had to be ordered but they came in within a day and the repair was done the next morning, which was a Sunday (with no xtra weekend surcharge!!) pricing was very fair. repair guy was excellent, polite, neat and clean and my machine was back up and running within 2 days. Highly recommend!

We had Bruno helping us with our refrigerator issue. He was honest and took his time to explain the problem. Although he could have fixed it for us, he told us it wouldn't be worth it. For the money to fix it would be better to buy a new fridge with a better warranty.
I will use them again for any appliance repair.

Called Quick Vents on a Saturday and received a call back within 15 minutes from the owner, Bruno. We scheduled a service call for Monday, and Bruno and Zak arrived right on time at 8:00 am. Bruno immediately got on the roof to clear the roof vent and offered great advice on preventing lint build-up in the dryer vent system, while Zak thoroughly cleaned out the rest of the vent system. The whole service took about an hour, and they left the area spotless.

An added bonus—Bruno also runs an appliance repair business and gave me some very helpful advice about our washing machine. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend Quick Vents for anyone needing vent cleaning services!

I waited a month to make this review because I didn’t want to write a negative review until I was sure that I was correct.
My refrigerator/freezer was not cooling as it should. After a quick diagnosis by Bruno of Quick Vents, I was told I needed a part to be replaced for a cost of over $350. The part was installed and after a few days, the problem occurred again. Bruno came out and said that I now needed a compressor which would cost an additional $1700 while still insisting the part first replaced was necessary. Since I did not feel comfortable with this new diagnosis, I had an authorized repair company who said the compressor was fine and all that was needed was a new defroster! A new one was installed and it is working perfectly since.
When I called Bruno, he insisted the compressor was bad and that he would not refund the cost of the initial part which I was also told was not necessary.
Perhaps Quick Vents are good for vent cleaning but stay away if you are looking for a knowledgeable appliance repair company.

Bruno was wonderful! He was able to schedule us within 24 hours, was very thorough with the diagnosis and explaining what was broken on our washing machine, and was very honest. He explained how it broke, what was broken, and that it would cost more to repair than it would to replace. Thank you for your honesty, transparency, and professionalism!
