I called at 9:30am on a Friday, and Serg arrived just three hours later and put on an absolute masterclass in appliance repair. He immediately diagnosed the issue with my mom’s dryer and already had the necessary parts on hand, ready to fix it on the spot. Meanwhile, my mom’s service contract provider still needed to order the parts, Serg was ready to go immediately.

Not only did he repair the dryer quickly (everything was done within the hour), but he also took the extra step to meticulously clean and vacuum the entire inside of the machine to help prevent a potential fire hazard.
