Reviews of local pros in Boca Raton, Florida

We used Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling for a bathroom remodel in 2019. A year later we are still blown away by how great it looks. Pricing was reasonable, everyone was always on time, and Ross and his entire crew were a pleasure to deal with. He was a great communicator and updated us every step of the way. We constantly get compliments on the bathroom. We recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again.

Ross and his crew were exceptional. My bathrooms are gorgeous. Ross came to my house frequently to check out the work that was done by his work crew. They are a friendly crew and look to please. They clean up after their portion of the work is completed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel bathrooms and kitchens.

Great company! All involved, from the office staff, to the owner, and especially our technician, were courteous and extremely helpful. Marcello did the installation. Can't say enough good things about him!! He was patient, helpful, skilled and a really nice guy. His work was excellent, but he also helped us navigate through the many legal requirements of the condo association. I highly recommend Terrano Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future'

We’ve used this family run business a few times now, all with great customer service, care and results. No job is too big or small… Whether the its a complete bathroom renovation, to installing a tankless water heater, or saving us from a backup up toilet, Ross and his team deliver quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend Ross and his team.

Terrano Plumbing is everything you want in a service company. They kept in touch, were on time, flexible with the work requested, fair pricing.

Thank you Ross Terrano for operating such a great company. Thanks Joanna for coordinating it all and keeping us informed.

Well done.

Incredibly knowledgeable and efficient and on time. No hidden fees or cost and their prices were very competitive. They repaired my tankless hot water heater this morning without incident. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I can't even remember the last time that I wrote a review, but then again, I've had no one impress me as much as Terrano Plumbing. Professional, courteous, honest, and superior craftsmanship are the first things that come to mind.

Ross and his entire team are absolutely the best. We had a leak somewhere under our home and called them based upon a neighbors recommendation. Within hours, they had a leak detection service out to our home to assess the situation. The person was thorough and took the time to explain each step in the process.

After the leak was pin-pointed, Ross came to the house and walked us through the process including the installation options for 2 new water heaters. Very informative and honest on all fronts. Within hours we received a quote for repair, signed the contract electronically and were put on the schedule.

Each person on his team takes pride in their work and it shows! They showed up exactly on time each morning, left the home clean and organized at the end of each day. Very easy to chat with and they also took the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, etc. They certainly took a stressful situation and made it far less stressful. We are certainly thankful to them for the work that they did and are looking forward to working with them on a bathroom remodel in the coming months.

Terrano did a great job. They were on time and had no hidden fees or costs.

Very happy with Terrano Plumbing. They communicated well, showed up when expected and made sure every thing was completed correctly. They were very thorough and clean. We will use them again.

Incredibly professional yet personable staff and the work by their super knowledgable and experienced plumbers was amazing. Even the city inspector said Terrano’s superior work raises the bar for everyone else out there. They are by far the best in the area, and probably beyond. We won’t ever use anyone else!

Very efficient, professional company, using Terrano plumbing for over 20 years, would never use a different company.

It was an extremely difficult installation. They did a great job. I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend them

Needed my food waste disposer replaced. First time using Terrano, and very pleased. Appointment was easy to make for when I needed, and arrival was right on time. Denys was professional and friendly. He donned paper "booties" upon entering my house, which impressed me. He worked cleanly and efficiently, completing the job without a problem. I definitely recommend them!

We all know that home repairs can be inconvenient, stressful, and expensive. The great news is that Terrano Plumbing & Remodeling will make the process easier! From their knowledgeable and friendly staff that anticipates your every need, to Ross Terrano himself, a seasoned licensed plumber; they do not disappoint.

Terrano's team collaborates well with contractors and tradesmen who may also be working on your project. Their aim is to present you with solutions, not more problems. Customer service is their forte with clear and timely communication at each step!

They're pros at navigating each city's online portal. This ensures you'll have the necessary permits to keep you on the right side of the law and that inspections go off without a hitch! You can trust your home and peace of mind to Terrano Plumbing & Remodeling. I'm certainly glad I did!

I love my shower remodel. It looks great. The guys were all top notch. Thank you.

Terrano plumbing did an excellent job with our master bath remodel. It was a complete demo and rebuild from the ground up including drywall. Ross and his team paid attention to every detail and did quality work. The entire team was great, from Debbie and Joanne in the office, Steve with plumbing and more, and Mike and his brother did a fantastic job with the cabinets. I highly recommend Terrano plumbing. Thank you Ross for everything.

The perfect plumber (Steve) and Terrano Plumbing is the first company that I have complete trust in.

I'm very impressed with Terrano Plumbing, from the receptionist who took the call to the plumber, Steve, who repaired a sink in my home. I look forward to talking with them further about a possible renovation in the future.

Look no further! Terrano is whom you will need for your work if you are looking for a licensed , experienced, reliable, organized, professional contractor and company. Hiring Terrano was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Ross and his team did my master bath complete redo along with guest bath vanity and accessories replacement. Ross was very patient in explaining the processes along the way and was always updated on the daily work. This was a major project for me and I couldn’t be any happier with the finished work. Special recognition goes to Steve with the plumbing challenges and other work that needed completed. Also, Debbie and Joanna were phenomenal, in always keeping me updated with the scheduling.

Dennis from Terrano Plumbing installed a Delta faucet that I had bought, Dennis needed to replace some 35 year old parts.
He did a terrific job and the cost was very fair

I would recommend Terrano Plumbing for all your plumbing needs

They had previously repaired my toilet’s inside working. So they consistently do great work. My Toilets have worked perfectly for the last 5 years

Amazing company to work with! We have been using Terrano Plumbing for years now on a variety of projects, from bathroom remodels to most recently a hot water heater replacement. Honest and reliable, everyone has been a pleasure to work with. Ross, Steve, Debbie, Joanna - thank you all!
