Reviews of local pros in Boca Raton, Florida

The team at Terrano Plumbing are the best around. Debbie was quick to schedule my service and the tech's that arrived were not only on time but early. They were able to diagnose the issue after a thorough inspection and promptly had a solution to fix it. They were respectful, courteous, friendly and efficient. He also took the time to explain to me exactly what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. Ross, the owner takes pride in his business and is a man of integrity. I highly recommend Terrano Plumbing. They get the job done and they get it done right!
Thank you, Terrano Plumbing!

I had my kitchen totally renovated by Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling in January 2022. From the very beginning when it came to the demo of the old kitchen to the end of the renovation I was extremely pleased with Ross and his vendors. This was the first time I lived through a renovation, so I didn't know exactly what to expect. Every time Ross told me a vendor would be there they showed up and were never late and in South Florida that's amazing. Ross and his office staff, Debbie and Brie were wonderful about keeping me informed of when the vendors would be at the house. The quality and service that Ross provides is second to none. Could I have gotten a kitchen renovation at a lesser cost, I'm sure, but it would not have been the same quality as what Ross and his team provided. In life you get what you paid for, and I just can't be happier with my new kitchen. It's just better than I ever imaged. I would highly recommend Ross and his team to anyone. You will not be disappointed with the service and quality of work.

Had a hot water tank installed in our condo this week. The installation went perfect very clean and professional work. There pipe works was extremely neat would always recommend these guys.

Terrano plumbing is exceptionally professional. They do great work and everyone is friendly and helpful. They gave done several jobs for including a bathroom remodel and kitchen cabinet fix. I highly recommend them.

Dennis was a real treat to have in the house. On time, professional, very competitive quote for the fix, and nailed the pre-quote to the penny. His total time here was under what we expected, with extensive work done on our Kohler toilet. This guy was great!!!

Steve did an amazing job: He fixed the clog in our sink and came up with a good idea to take out our old garbage disposal (it didn't work) and install a new pipe to the other sink so we could use both sinks. The work looks good. It was a great idea and at an affordable price: Thank you Terrano!

Ross and his team are amazing. We did a complete demo and remodel of two bathrooms at the same time. Terrano plumbing was on time, on budget, and on their game! Ross is very knowledgeable and professional and he communicates about steps and processes, unlike many contractors. I HIGHLY recommend Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling!!!

Terrano Plumbing is definitely the plumbers you want to call when you want to get the job done right, and don't want to worry about integrity. They are one of the rare companies in the industry that are honest, on time, and only employ the best people. The employees are true professionals, and they take pride in their work, especially Steve and his team. Allot of plumbing work is "behind the scenes," which covered up by walls, etc and we've dealt with all kinds before. Ross the owner is a true professional, and he will tell you up front what he can do and can't do. There will be no surprises. They may not be the cheapest, but their quality of work is worth it, especially for vital work that are behind the walls and can't be "seen." Ross doesn't cut corners and we would highly recommend his company.

I am definitely recommending Terrano Plumbing.
We had a second floor shower leaking above our dining room. Our neighbors recommended Terrano Plumbing. We called Ross. The quote was fair and competitive. The project started as soon as we got the permits. They were clean, professional and always on time!
Ross and his team gave us a beautiful bathroom. The entire experience was great. I highly recommend Terrano Plumbing.

Ross Terrano and his crew did an excellent job of re-piping our apartment as well as other work requested.
Ross thinks out of the box in finding creative approaches to his work.
We had several plumbing companies come to our home but none could match his ideas of how to accomplish the job of re-piping our home with causing minimal physical damage to our residence.
He is a man of his word and does not settle for anything less than excellence of his work and satisfying the customer.
He and his team communicate well and in a timely manner.
His office staff of Debbie and Joanna are very courteous and professional in their attitude.
Master plumber Stevie and his assistant Dennis are hardworking people with friendly attitudes and are excellent plumbers.
Also Commando Restoration who cut out the walls and replaced them after the re-piping did a great job.
We were fortunate in finding Terrano Plumbing to do the work and will use them in the future should the need arise.
You can’t go wrong in choosing them for your plumbing and remodeling needs.

A couple of times in the past I called Terrano Plumbing and was so satisfied with the price, professionalism and quality of the work. I'm about to call them again without hesitation. With all the ads out there for plumbing companies out there they are the real deal and would recommend them to anyone in need. They have built my trust

First Choice Plumbing fixed a leaking water main line outside my house.
They did it quick, on time, and everything looks good!!
Reasonably priced.

Incredible
Extraordinary
Remarkable
Words like these do not even begin to explain just how great Nino Cortez and his brother Alex Cortez the electrician are. They have incredible response time, they only deliver great quality work, and are prominent that the customer is always right. I had a slight issue that one of their employees made that was very minimal however when brought to their attention they were at my house first thing in the morning and fixed it and apologized. They even went as far as to not charge me for their work and wouldn’t even take a tip for fixing it! Wow wow wow. I have never had such a tremendous experience with any kind of home improvement service before. They are remarkable and their service really did leave a lasting impression. Please only go to these guys for plumbing and electrical, do your self a favor.

It was a pleasure to meet Naz. He was professional and installed my outdoor faucet quickly. Would highly recommend.

I needed a new Water Heater ASAP. Naz and his crew responded to my call and were on sight within in 2 hours. Did a great job on the installation (2.5 hours) and you couldn't even tell they were there ( except for the new WH). Excellent service and price!! Half the cost quoted by the big box store.

Excellent company!! I will be recommending first choice plumbing to everyone I know. They were quick, clean and very honest!!
Replaced my water heater in a few hours and left my house cleaner than how they found it!!!!!

I m located in the Boca Raton Mission Bay area and ran into an issue with my handyman who was completing a repair of a slow drip/leak on one of our outdoor faucets. Once he fixed the faucet he was unable to seal it properly. First Choice responded back timely and set up a visit for the next morning. Robert the technician was very early and came with a really good attitude once arriving. Robert was friendly and kept me in the loop as he began looking at the issue with the pipe/faucet. We talked about the issue and he quickly identified other problems that would persist due to the age of the pipe. He took the time to show me issues with the pipe and explained things to understand the root of the problem. The job was completed timely and the area was cleaned once the work was completed. Everyone from the front office to Robert had excellent communication; great customer service in South Florida is hard to come by, I am very pleased with the work completed and the level of service from First Choice. I would recommend using this company if you need to do any type of faucet or plumbing repair.

Nobody is better than First Choice Plumbing!!!!
They did a great job. Wonderful people to deal with very honest.

Naz repaired a boiler in one of our buildings. Cleaned and replaced parts that were needed.

Great service! Naz was very professional and easy going. Plumbing issues can be very frustrating but he made it less stressful and simple to understand. They were in and out!

Nazario responded promptly to our emergency and figured out a quick solution to restore the water flow in the house. He is knowledgeable and responsive. I gave him a five-star.
