Reviews of local pros in Boca Raton, Florida

This company AWESOME! Called on Christmas Eve/day regarding an issue with water heater. Arrived within an hour of our call to investigate the issue - and mentioned it to be a possible leak with our hot water. Nino said they would return early in the morning the day after Christmas. They showed up early, found the leak, and fixed/rerouted the piping all within a few hours. Would highly recommend First Choice - they were efficient and professional. Would absolutely use them in the future.

Recently had a strange issue that I first thought was a leak from the washing machine. Then couldn't use garbage disposal because it caused washing machine to leak even though washer was not running. Bizarre. Had a washing machine repairman come and that was a total waste of $95 just to show up and say he can't help. Was recommended First Choice Plumbing and they came over less than two hours later on the same day and cleared a calcium buildup in the pipes (thats the best explanation I can give). Nino was great and was able to fix the issue in no time. So glad I was given this recommendation. I also have family over from europe so this was not the time to do dishes in the outdoor patio sink. Will definitely rely on First Choice for any future issues. AND!!! I got a follow up call a couple of days later to make sure all was running well. I appreciated that.

Highly recommended! They showed up one hour after I called them. Found the water leak underground, didn't charge me anything until they came back to fix it the next morning. One of the best service experiences so far!

Excellent work. Clean, prompt, reliable. Used many times, never disappoints

I needed a toilet installed and within two hours the men were here did a remarkable job And removed all debris . I’m an interior decorator from NY and this company is A-1 in my book and will certainly give them a 5star rating . Other companies I called wanted to first come by the a look and charge me a service call . Which would be refunded if I used the company , another way to scam the client

Nico was amazing… I had a huge plumbing problem outside my home. Nico not only assessed the problem but was efficient and professional. I would use them again in a minute.

They were super fast and helpful. I called them the morning of. They literally texted as I was leaving them a voicemail. They arrived within 3 to 4 hours. It was a wax seal replacement and reseat of the toilet because it was leaking from the bottom. They completed the job in less than an hour. We had tried doing it ourselves the day prior but we weren't successful so they told us where we went wrong and fixed it for us. Super communicative and affordable.

Nazario at 1st Choice Plumbing was there when I needed someone to replace a leaking valve. He responded immediately and came out the same day (on a Saturday). It is rare today to find someone who is friendly, fair and efficient. Nazario is that person.

Nino was fantastic, quick, and so nice! My water heater broke this morning, during our chilliest time. I was immediately able to get Nino on the phone, and he made himself available to come over that same day. I could not appreciate him and his service more! He saved the day! His family has other businesses, and I would not hesitate to reach out to them! "A.C. Electric & Design, Inc. " (Alex) & Gisela at "1st Choice & Design Cleaning"!

Since the day that I reached out to nino I have never dealt with any other plumber. He does excellent work,we have never had an issue or complaint with his work. I recommend him 100 percent

Nazario is the best.

They showed up early the next morning and did a great job. I would always use them for all my plumbing needs.

Excellent service! I needed 2 new toilets replaced along with a valve pipe replacement. I did my due diligence and received many estimates from plumbers locally but First Choice Plumbing & Design was the most reasonable price and offered easy and quick communication. They were able to come out to my condo the very next morning, right on time! They were professional, very kind, fast and super clean. They removed my old toilets and replaced the new ones that I supplied in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company for any future plumbing or electrical needs! Give them a try! I will definitely do business with them again.

Always hire Nino fixed my shower cartridge hired him as an emergency

Call him always for all your plumbing needs

Reliable and professional plumber serving the Parkland area. We have worked with First Choice for more than four years. They handled several repairs quickly and at fair prices. Strongly recommend.

We were referred by a friend and have had service twice. Promptly scheduled and serviced both times. Very professional and friendly. I absolutely consider them my plumber now.

My main shut off valve started leaking so I called First Choice and Nazario came within half an hour after I called. He was very polite and professional, and it didn’t take him long to replace the main shutoff valve. I highly recommend him. He even offered to paint the pipe so it matches the house, but I told him no need to bother.

I can't say enough good things about First Choice Plumbing! From the moment I called, they were responsive and understood the urgency of my situation.

They showed up quicker than I expected, which was a huge relief. The team was friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. They worked efficiently, fixed the issue perfectly, and even took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how they resolved it. It's rare to find such reliable and high-quality service these days.

I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs. A solid 5-star experience!

This is the second time I used this company. Both times I was completely happy. This time we had a broken pipe and water was coming out from under the house. Nazario came out immediately and shut the water off. He was on his way to another job but came back in an hour and fixed the broken pipe. Not only are these guys good at what they do, they are fair with their prices. First choice plumbing will be my first choice for sure.

I have finally found the Plummer for all my household repairs and installation. You know you have found a great company when they look out for you and find water leakage in you home and recommend you to repair it to save money on your water bill. Nino was referred to me by his brother Alex who owns an electrical company. We had a six month old water heater malfunction. Nino was very responsive In assisting us with getting hot water back into our home. Nino and his Assistant, installed the water heater and also Recommended to install an expansion tank.

I also had a few odd and ends plumbing issues that his assistant was able to repair while Nino completed the installation of the water tank.

I would recommend Alex his brother for any electrical issues (A.C.Electric and Design) and Nino for anything plumbing related.
No reason to look any further for better service or pricing.

Great experience overall with First Choice Plumbing! They had a quick response time, friendly staff and fair pricing. I will definitely use them next time I’m in need of a plumber.
