My A/C stopped cooling. Looked for contractors with good reviews online , and decided on one. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. They advertised a free, A/C repair service call, to provide an estimate for repairs. Tech showed up on time. He was very polite. He didn't find the problem outside, and said he would have to charge a fee of $325 to search for the leak in the attic. I hesitantly agreed... we needed it fixed, it was hot. He finally found the issue in the air handler. He called his manager for the status of the parts, (even though the parts were still under warranty) we were told over the speaker, on his phone that the parts were not available locally. It possibly could take weeks to get them, and that we were also number 8 in line for the parts. OMG, ... but they could install a complete new unit the next day. They gave us (4) different price options, offering various "Discounts". I felt like I was at a car dealership.., All the pricing options were just too high. Told them thanks, but no thanks.
I did further online research and found Mario.
I'm so sorry, you had to read all this, but I needed to make it known. If you need any kind of A/C repair or maintenance..,Call Mario, and save yourself tons of money and aggravation !!! Again so sorry for being sooo wordy. That's why I don't normally give reviews.

MP+ A/C did a Trane 5-Ton 15.2 Seer2 install/replacement for our home this past weekend. Mr. Perez arrived on time aon a Saturday and installed the Air Handler and Condenser within 8 hours. His work was neat and professional. I cannot wait for Summer to come so we can see the energy consumption with 15.2 Seer2 and the cost savings to be gained.I would install with MP+ A/C again!

Amazing service and work! We had an entire replacment done for a very old system. There was a lot of cleanup and modernization that needed to be done as well due to previous homeowner neglect and age in general. We got a very fair and competitive quote quickly, and communication the entire time was also very responsive. Work was done quickly and done very well. Our system looks and performs amazing. I've dealt with bad or subpar HVAC companies in the past and am extremely happy to have found an excellent one here. I will be contacting MP in the future for maintenance and any further major work.
