Repaired whole in trunk line. T&W made sure no other maintenance was needed. He check the outside pipes and notices grass and sand had grew over pipes. He added additional pipes to ensure the pipes is visible.

Have a conercial unit. Every time I contact Tim he makes it a point to get to us ASAP understanding that no AC at our business affects our bottom line. Always polite and thorough. Very competively priced.

These guys are legit. I was quoted an outrageous price for a new system by a competitor. They came out the next day to give me a second opinion. Not only did I not need a new system, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a fraction of the price. Very friendly, very professional, and honest. I will be using them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of meeting "T" today. I was in need of AC help right away but didnt know who to call or where to start. I called T & W and T answered right away. I explained my situation and he was so understanding. He was at my house in about 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem right away and had my air back up and running in no time. This servicer was extremely helpful! He didn't really have too much free time in his schedule but fit us in anyway. He came to our home and identified the problem immediately. He then proceeded to verify his assumption but was met by a nest of hornets. Despite their presence, he continued service, going out of his way to go and get wasp spray, and even gave me a can of it. He corrected our issue and we have cold air and comfortable living again. The whole time he was very friendly, personable, and professional. The service was quality and I highly recommended it.
