GREAT SERVICE! Used a company to diagnose my A/C System but i felt as if they were trying to rip me off, so i gave T&W a try, and couldn't be happier. Charged me half of the other company and better service by a mile. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and incredible experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Tee was a wonderfully friendly and professional gentleman. We could tell that he really cared about our needs, and cares about the quality of his work and service. He found our refrigerant leak in mere moments, by using his ears and eyes to locate the probable area of leak. Then he pinpointed the leak using both modern technology and traditional methods. After finding the leak, he repaired it in a very short time, and we are now comfortably with cold air. He was more than willing to professionally answer any random, curious questions we had. Best of all, for all the service he gave us, he gave us VERY fair rates. He even did some work for us at NO COST! I highly recommend this service if you want quality results by a friendly and considerate person.

The best air-conditioning service I have used. Honest pricing is their distinguishing quality. Patience is another important quality they posses.
An indecisive customer like me changes their mind quiet often and T is always pleasant and is more than happy to meet my request. If you are shopping around and cant decide who to use for your air-condition services look no further. T&W is who you want to use. At the least use them as your second opinion to make sure you are not being upsold. Trust me, you wont regret it.

My husband and I needed a new system installed. T&W had the most affordable price compared to the other 3 estimates we received. The system came with a 10yr warranty and they also threw in a UV light for free. They answered all of our questions and we feel we are HVAC certified now lol. This is who you are looking for!! I spent hours calling over 30 AC companies to get a replacement unit estimates and TW was the best value, best equipment, and the service turned out to be exceptional. I got estimates that ranged by thousands from one another, and a lot of the lower prices were with terribly rated equipment. The owner T, gave a price upfront with none of the BS and scare tactics the others were pushing. He uses top rated brands (look for reviews online) not the junk they sell at HD/Lowe's. Came out as scheduled, his crew was very professional and were done taking out old unit and putting in new one in about 3 hours. They left the place clean, no hassles, no last minute up selling, or any surprises whatsoever. I paid the price he quoted and he backs up his work with a parts and labor warranty. T was exactly who I hoped I'd find so I HIGHLY recommend you give him a call. I will be calling him first for anything AC related in the future.

We were comparing quotes to replace our 18 year old heat pump from top rated installers. One of those were this company. Tavanoh, the T in T&W, is an amicable, responsive and competent person.

Tee (as he likes to be known) gave us quotes for 3 systems including the one I had shortlisted. The prices were fair and he did not attempt to up sell anything. We would recommend this company.

UPDATE 9/22/2020: This business has become non-responsive and we are not out the warranty yet. I hope everything is well with them

If I were able to give them more than 5 stars..I would !! T&W air is #1....I had to have a new unit put in....it was a difficult install....Tee and his crew did a wonderful job...professional reasonable knowledgeable friendly prompt..I could go on and on.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...It is relieving to me I do not have to search for an air conditioning company again......T&W is it !! Can't thank you all enough !! I Needed to replace our Old AC System & I Started the Dreadful Task of getting Pricing on a Replacement Unit. First I called a Well Advertised Radio & TV add that Sounded Like a Good Deal from a Good Company.
After the 2 1/2 Hour Education on AC Systems & a Crazy Price with a 12 Year Monthly Payment from the Salesmen. Even had to talk to His Boss Before He would Leave.So I decided I Needed to Stay Local.Best Decision I Have Made In awhile! When I Called T & W I expected to leave my info & someone would get back to me.I Was Speaking to T Directly explained my Situation & Needs T Gave me an Ideal of Cost & within a Few Hours He was at our Home Verifying our System Needs,Measured and gave me a Quote. T Installed Our New Unit Next Morning, He is a True Professional and Very Particular & Leaves No Detail Out.Please Do Yourself a Favor & if You Need a New System or Service This Is the Company To Call!!

Tee and his team are fantastic. He has always been honest, transparent, and fair with me for services rendered, which is something I appreciate as a woman when most contractors would take advantage of your lack of knowledge. He recently did a big job installing a brand new HVAC system. His responded quickly and got me scheduled within days. I could not be home at the time, but him and his team came, did the job and cleaned up after. My AC is working perfectly and i couldn’t be happier.

I have known this young man for 10+ years. He's dependable, trustworthy, honest, and very professional. He's installed a used unit for me in the past and made repairs at a reasonable price as well, Now that God has blessed me to be able to do a New install, I did not take my service anywhere else. I highly recommend Tee and his family owned business to anyone, and everyone that need service ❤️🙌

T&W was extremely responsive in my time of need when my AC went out amid record summer temps leaving my home 90 degrees at night. T&W came out on the weekend within an hour of my call, diagnosed the issue, quoted me the repair cost, ordered the needed part, installed it and serviced my unit all in the same day in rime for my air ro be back on before noon.

T is a very knowledgeable friendly and professional tech he's part owner and he gives a very good deal very good warranty and all-around good service I give him I give him a four star you always answer the phone and he made sure I understood everything completely

I had my thermostat/AC unit stop working overnight. I called to schedule someone to come out and figure out what this issue was. I received a call within an hour and they were able to diagnose the issue and tell me how to fix it over the phone. (My condensation line had clogged and the safety switch had engaged. All I had to do was clean out my condensation line with a shop vac!)

They easily could have come out and fixed the issue and charged me for it, but they were able to help me for free. They have earned my TRUST and if ever there is an issue with my AC unit in the future, they will be the first people I call!

My A/C went out and I called T&W on Saturday at 8 a.m. A technician came at noon, diagnosed the problem, and repaired my unit. He didn't attempt to sell me anything and was efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I’ve used T&W on a few occasions and they have always done a fantastic job at a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. I don’t usually take time to write reviews for any companies unless bad but their continued outstanding service and above and beyond service today lead me here to give them a well deserved shoutout. Today I called with a major issue affecting my business hoping to get it fixed in the next few days knowing it needed parts. I not only got squeezed in today, but they diagnosed the problem, went out to get the parts and returned. I got a rate that was fair, a very professional service as usual and they worked past normal business hours to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I will definitely send my future A/C needs to T&W. Tee is hands down the best in the Tampa area and extremely knowledgeable!

I use this business based on a family member reference, which goes to show some people have no clue how unethical some people can be. Owner claim he checked out both HVAC units inside and out. Found that the downstairs unit needed a new pump. Well, he made the repairs and said he didn't need to go inside anymore all the work can be done outside since I was leaving to go out of town. We arrived back in town and the house was cool didn't think anything was wrong until I got my electric bill weeks later. I didn't realize that the upstairs unit blower was continually running and never turning off. So I turned off the unit and swapped thermostats still had the same problem. I then opened the HVAC panel, and I couldn't believe what I founded. The control board in some wires was burnt. I called the owner Tavenoh numerous times starting on 9/2 and left messages. Now I understand why he did not return calls. I'm should he knew About the panel. He finely called 9/19 saying someone mentioned I called and I know why I received that call. Per his. request I sent him some pictures and I haven't heard from him since. His actions has to be the most cowardice thing I've seen a business owner take. You would think upon his inspection the circuit board and burnt wires would have been mentioned.

Late on a Friday (of course), I realized my AC was out of refrigerant. First thing Saturday morning, I called T&W and explained the situation. About an hour after that call, "T" was at my house. After making an assessment and ensuring I didn't have a leak, he recharged the system and was gone about an hour after he arrived. The service was courteous, highly competent, thorough and quick. The rate was extremely reasonable. Of all the emergency services I've needed over many years, this was beyond a doubt the most satisfying. I highly recommend T&W.
