This is the worst experience I have ever had. First, they did not clear thoroughly, windows (screens were not removed), blinds, etc. When I talked to the owner (George?) he was very nasty, hung up on me. Stay away from them!

Did a bad and quick Job and charge you a rediculous amount for just doing your bedroom just bedroom!! Over a hundred dollars then they wanted to tip!! Obscured!!!!

They are terrible!! I don't recommend them at all!! First time they didn't do a good job on deep clean and refrigerator clean, had to send somebody back to finish prprrly!! Third time they never youched bedrooms and left food spts onin kitchen. When I cancelled service thry charged me $160. Worst cleaning service I ever had!!

Merry Maids has been reliable, prompt and very complete for the past 7 years that I have hired them for cleaning. Merry Maids always gives me confidence and convenience.

Made an appointment on Monday for Tuesday at 3 pm for an estimate on house cleaning and asked for a phone call before coming. It's now 5:35 and I haven't heard a word from them. Thanks for wasteing my afternoon.

It's now Wednesday at 4:40 and still no apology or any correspondence what so ever. Unbelievable!

They did a wonderful job. Of cleaning my house so that I could move in. They were very friendly and hard workers.

Was a half hour late for estimate appointment. Alicia kept calling saying she'd be there in 10 minutes. When I called back to cancel after wasting a half hour of my time waiting for her, she told me she was *only* a minute away. Really? If you have such little respect for someone who isn't even your customer, how do you treat your real customers? Extremely unprofessional.
