Brooke and Ramano (sorry if I misspelled the name) did an awesome job today. My house is sparkling clean, they were so professional, very courteous and they showed up on time.

Pretty disappointed with the cleaning preformed this year by Merry Maids, we have used them in the past and it’s been fine. Our house sits empty for 10 months out of the year so we like a cleaning before we arrive but this year they missed a ton of areas and when I called to tell them I get “person at extension .... isn’t available and the mailbox is full”. There are a ton of cleaning places in the area so I guess it’s time to try out another company.

The two ladies who cleaned my house today (May 17, 2018) did such a super job. Paid attention to all details plus a couple jobs we added. They are such nice ladies, and we will always use Merry Maids.

Wow! Didn’t expect my move out clean to be WORSE for $150. Actually I was quoted $170 and said I was interested in future services at my new home.
The girls first complained about walking up stairs to the condo....then left our kitchen floors with muddy foot prints.
Of course my phone calls have not been returned. Corporate wasn’t able to get ahold of them either when I called.
I have a much DIRTIER place than before, no receipt to show my landlord for the paid work, and now I have to clean it myself or hire another.

Maria and Merry Maids always does a fantastic job cleaning my house. I have been pleased with their quality and service for the last 4 years! Outstanding company and professional staff!

Awesome job...the gals who cleaned our home were VERY detail oriented. Very efficient. Also managed to get our home cleaned the day we needed, although (not to the fault of theirs) there were even scheduling conflicts. But, they took their time and did an excellent job!! This coming from a VERY PICKY client, who recently had a nightmare experience with the local competition!! We will be using these gals again on a regular basis!! Thank you for a job well done!!

I Love having Rosa and Ramona come bi-weekly. I am battling breast cancer and having the extra help with the physical chores makes the world of difference to me allowing me the extra time to relax and recover without feeling even a little guilty about the house work getting done. These two make a great team the house is so clean, they are super friendly and even the dog loves them. Thank you merry maids.

I had Merry Maids for 1.5 yrs up till 2 months ago. Numerous occasions they didn’t do a good job under faucets never clean, baseboards never clean, my kitchen globes above my counter never cleaned, dining room table never clean etc. I could write a book here but on numerous occasions I’d come home take pics and send to them showing them proof of not touching rooms and/or surfaces. I would allow them to skip rooms when I had Xmas decor in that room ready to be unpacked but next time clean it duh. Another time I had a kids bedrooms couple rooms painted and flooring done so they skipped these rooms but again next time clean them...nope didn’t. You would also think since you didn’t have to do these rooms you would do baseboards or dust vents and concentrate on things like corners etc. but no they would just leave. I would come home in the middle of their cleaning ask the girl to come look at the baseboards or vents and wipe it to show her and when I returned nothing was touched!!! After this final complaint the owner contacted me and said my contracted price had been up for the last 6 months and that if I wanted them to continue to clean my house every other week it was now gonna be $80 an hour. I said no Thank You! What a scam and to think I kept them for 1.5 yrs every other week. I have caught them just sitting in thier car in my driveway doing nothing...they quoted to clean my whole house and not an hourly rate, then I should get my whole house cleaned each time!

Now that we are beginning to re-open Cape Coral, I messaged Merry Maids last week to re-start my cleaning service. I received a response that they would be here today (May 21) at my "normal time", which has been before noontime for the 2 years that I've used them. No show and no communication. Over the 2 years that I have been doing business with Merry Maids, I have received very inconsistent service. Some of the "maids" are very good; others are absolutely terrible (and a few are in the middle). I have had enough and have cancelled my account with Merry Maids, in order to find someone willing to do the job at our scheduled times and with the agreed-upon level of quality.

Stacey and Eva were awesome and did a wonderful job!!! My house was spotless!!! The girls not only did an A+++++++++++ job, but they were very personable. Any questions I had they politely answered them and let me know exactly what it was they were using and what they were doing..... They also steam cleaned my ceramic tiled floors (my entire house is ceramic tile)......what a nice job!!! I will continue to use Merry Maids Services for my homes. Thank You!!!! A million thanks to Stacey and Eva!!!!!!!!

I had Merry Maids out after not being able to clean for a month due to surgery. I was so pleased with how good my whole house looked!
I am now hooked and will have them back regularly

Cheyenne is amazing! She always asks if there's anything out of the ordinary that I need her to do. Absolutely white glove service!

The maid that came to our house was extremely friendly. She did a great job. She was very thorough and in the end she wanted me to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Working with owners Lindsay and Mark to get an out-of-state clients’ home deep cleaned for sale was so easy. They were great to communicate with, were flexible with their schedule, and clearly wanted to help us with a difficult situation. Amazing service. They come out first to assess your home and make sure to meet your expectations. Super thorough and kind. we were on the schedule within a week. Our cleaning tech arrived on time and was very good! The house hasn’t been so clean. Products smell good and she did an awesome job with shiny white tiled floor! Highly recommended for customer service, attention to detail, and competitive pricing. We’re now on the regular schedule!

Very responsive and flexible. I booked a move out clean and it was a HUGE job! There were a few parts I wasn’t 100% satisfied with but I talked it over with them and they had someone else out there right away to fix it. The new owners and realtor complimented on their job well done. Thankful they were able to get me in and took their business and customer satisfaction serious. Just for that, would absolutely go with them again!

The company is good and showed up on time, but the only complaint is I called the manager and he was advised of the incompletion of my full home cleaning.and Cupboards were missed and I wanted just to have someone come out, but after being told they would they never showed up.

P & P cleaning is the best company by far in the Cape Coral area. They not only clean but send out an inspector to make sure nothing was missed. Amazing!

We use P&P Cleaning Solutions in our short term rental. They are timely, responsive and we've received consistent positive feedback regarding the cleanliness of our home from our guests. I would highly recommend this company.
