Amazing cleaners! We own our vacation home in SW Florida and they did such a wonderful job cleaning. When you open the door it just smells beautiful and clean - a wonderful first impression! Little touches throughout, love the stamped toilet paper and sterilized toilets. I wish we had you guys in Canada!!!! Wow!!

My house looks great! They are very easy to work with and easy to get booked. Came to my house while we were away and had no issues at all. So nice to come home to a clean house!

This house was above and beyond our expectations. Very clean. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Lovely pool area. Quiet canal. Kitchen was appropriately stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Our four weeks here were just the BEST!!! Lots of great restaurants and things to do. This is our sixth year being a snow bird in Cape Coral. Looking forward to come back. Thank you!

There was a mix-up and miscommunication on first cleaning, which was handled very professionally and with integrity offering generous/fair compensation. The quality of cleaning has been top notch, prompt and reliable scheduling. I may use again for Airbnb longer stays, as the price is on the high side for shorter stays.

UPDATED REVIEW: First service was really good, second time around it was sub-par and ended up cleaning my own kitchen sink and multiple parts of my house.
When I spoke with reception, they said they would provide some sort of compensation and when the time came for my next cleaning they demanded I pay for the prior sub-par cleaning.

Great company!!! I have 2 condos and both are always spotless. All of my guests are pleased when they arrive. Communication is great - Jose and Harold always reply promptly and are super accommodating. After a few years of duds, it's very nice to know I've found a great team to rely on. Thank you, Jose!

P&P is incredibly reliable and thorough. I've had a great experience working with them for the past year. Our prior housekeeper regularly left just enough dust for guests to complain about - not once has that happened since hiring P&P. The house is in perfect shape every time. Plus, the automatic scheduling and the vacation rental essentials kits make it so easy for us as hosts. I would 100% recommend P&P.

We have been using P&P for several years, with many houses, now and they do a wonderful job. We trust them with our houses. The houses are very clean and their prices fair. The have quality processes in place to ensure the work is done well. Jose and his team are professional and great to work with.

We are now going on 2 months with bi-weekly P&P Cleaning Solutions. I cannot say how much we are in absolute Awe when we come home after a cleaning. We have the Amanda/Fernanda team. They are so conscientious and thorough. I only wish I would have started this service years age. Highly recommend!!!!

Exceptionally disappointed from a “move-out deep clean” that took place today. This is not a review of the cleaner but of the owner/management. I would have never guessed in a million years that a cleaning business would send 1 cleaner to a 4,200 SF house for a deep clean and expect it to be done correctly in half a day. I was shocked when I discovered this, especially considering what I paid for it.

The talk before the appointment was real good but it ended there. With what most cleaners are paid per hour, the owner would have pocketed $425-$450 profit for themselves and did nothing but under-staff and under-deliver on a cleaning.

I truly felt bad for the cleaner. When asked about there only being 1 cleaner at the house, the owner said “the schedule is full at the moment” but that the cleaner said they could handle it. Why schedule me if your schedule is full?!? This wasn’t a last minute cleaning. It was scheduled a week and a half ago. The owner chose to take on more jobs, spread their workforce thin and under-staff, but made no adjustment when it came to what I had to pay. When I asked if it would take longer to clean once I found out there was only 1 cleaner coming, they just didn’t respond.

The cleaner said they could do it because who wants to tell their boss they can’t? Again, this isn’t the cleaner’s fault. The owner gave a checklist before the cleaning and a fraction of it was done well. One person couldn’t do it well, certainly not in half a day. With what we paid, I would have expected it to be a full days work for a 2 person crew or a half day for a 3-4 person crew. Nope, half day for 1 person. I could just tell she was at a loss. Who wouldn’t be - 5 beds, den, loft, 4 baths, multiple livings rooms and half a day to “deep clean” it. Worse yet, after she was done, she waited for an hour at the house for someone to come pick her up during a thunderstorm. She was standing outside in the rain when I arrived back to the house. I told her she could wait inside or in the garage so it was at least safe from the lightning. I felt so bad for her.

As a real estate broker in town for the past 20 years, I’ve seen countless homes professionally cleaned. I’ve never seen anything like what I experienced today and would not recommend and will never use P&P Cleaning Solutions again. I’ve seen larger crews show up to homes that are 1/3 the size and spend just as long cleaning them.

They put profit ahead of the well being of their staff, the quality of the work provided, and the treatment of their customers. There’s plenty of other options out there for cleaning companies and I’d recommend one of them.

P&P has come to our rental home two times and have done an excellent job! They make it very easy on me by having an online portal to schedule cleanings. They have a great system of sending reminders via text and email. They were on time and did a fantastic job with cleaning. I've had two different cleaners and both were very details, conscientious and friendly. I am happy to have found them.

I was very disappointed with this particular job. We had new windows put in and our contractor asked if we could have someone come out and deep clean to remove all the dust on everything, they were going to reimburse for this work. When setting up appointment main objective dust from top to bottom as dust was everywhere. There was one specific note not to wash and remove stickers for windows because they are needed for final inspection by county.
The Floors were 8.5 out of 10 they were washed and clean. As far as all flat surfaces tables shelves it doesn’t look like anything was touched . 1 out of 10.
When the inspector was out today all the stickers were removed from windows which prevents inspection being able to be done.
The company has been responsive, they would have cleaner come back to redo I told them no as I already did it myself. They are having the cleaner bring back the garbage they took out so we can try and figure out window stickers that need to go back on windows.
The company has done work at other properties we have and have always been very happy with them.

We rented an Airbnb in Cape Coral Florida for Thanksgiving Weekend. The House was cleaned and pleasant to stay there. I would use them again!

Wonderful first experience with P&P. Organized and efficient throughout the booking process and the rental was pristine after cleaning! Great attention to detail. Thank you to Samuel and the team!

First time customer. I scheduled a deep clean which includes:
-Deep clean all areas including baseboard, window sills, bathrooms, kitchen etc...
-Dust all surfaces, clean glass picture frames and mirrors, remove spots from walls,
dust/polish furniture, baseboards and window sills, vacuum/clean furniture and
floors
-Bathrooms Clean floors, shower enclosures, tubs and tiles, sinks, mirrors, toilets and polish fixtures
-I believe on their website they had also mentioned they will make the beds for a deep clean. Some review photos on Google also suggest this.

I was pretty disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in this “deep” clean. Especially for the price I paid, my fridge was never wiped, bed never made, I still have dusty baseboards, dusty surfaces, spider webs, they never replaced the liners in my trash bins and my home now smells like dog, (I don’t have a dog just a cat).

The ladies were nice, but did not speak English. I’m happy with some of their service, but overall not impressed by this company’s lack of attention to detail. I expected better. ):
