Very thorough and attentive to details. Cleaned the entire house plus lanai, even our grill! The extras such as arrangement of towels AND the making of towel animals for the guest room beds put them over the edge. Think I’ve found my forever cleaners!!!

I rented some office space and it was not at all on move in condition. In a panic I called M&E Cleaning Services. They were incredibly responsive and were able to get to us the next morning. The lady they sent was wonderful and the gentlemen that own the company have been great to work with.

I hired M & E Cleaning Co after a tenant moved out. They were there most of the day and when my husband looked at the fridge and stove he thought it was good. After I came in to paint I found a lot of the cabinets and pantry not touched. When I contacted the company they wanted to send them back out but I told them I was in a time crunch. As I continued throughout the house to paint it was never cleaned in so many places. Missed drawers in kitchen stove drawer never touched under sink never touched!? What did they two do all day!! They were AWFUL. Won’t use them again.

My original conversation was delightful until our 1st scheduled cleaning. They did a no show, I called Earl because my cameras did not alert me on entry for pre-scheduled cleaning date. We rescheduled a next day morning cleaning and they were super late. The owner even argued with me about the original typed scheduled cleaning sent to him weeks ago insisting on the wrong date. I resent the typed schedule, no apology for the no show, his date mistake or for me having to resend key code access and the back and forth call/texts.Then wanted a Zelle payment only & immediately. Earl did discuss Zelle but we write business checks for our properties and he refused to give me their address to submit payment. I wasted more time on this business transaction; needless to say we will not be utilizing this cleaning service for ourAirbnb properties !

We had Crystal and Catherine (hope it’s with a C) and they were incredible. From the time we finished explaining what we needed to the time thev were done it was nonstop. Our house had been empty for a year + and it showed. At quitting time (about 7:30PM) it looked and smelled clean. Would use this service and these two women any time, in fact they are cleaning our rental so it is again spotless like we found it. That one will be easier.

M&E Cleaning did a fabulous job deep cleaning our home in Cape Coral. Their attention to detail was very impressive. Our home has never been cleaner! Mark and Earl communicated with us throughout the entire process. We will certainly use them in the future.

ORIGINAL: Marc and Earl were great. Very nice and prompt. They were able to have cleaners at our house for move-in/deep clean with less than a week notice. Haley and Bridget came on time, even with a typed list of what needs to be done. They spent a lot of time here and asked if they can do anything extra (bed making, garage floor, etc.). The quality of work was great. A bit pricey but their service is truly a “detail” and not just a “cleaning.” A couple of small spots were missed behind some bins, but other than those two minuscule areas, they touched everything and it was all perfect. Will be using them to clean our house again. Thanks to everyone at M&E cleaning.

EDIT: After following up to get frequent recurring cleaning, the price they gave us was almost 2x what they had given us when we spoke the first time. Almost as much as the one time deep clean/move-in clean! They said the price they gave was for vacation rentals and they charge more for non-rentals because according to them, rentals are cleaner. 2x cleaner apparently. We made it clear from the first ever call that this isn’t a rental. Both partners were aware before any pricing got to us. They offered to do it for less but it was still more than the first call. Sorry, we’re not going to pay $600+ for a generic house cleaning. The deep clean was $900. So, unfortunately, we will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them. Had to remove stars.

Crystal and I think her name was Angela were both amazing. They did a great job cleaning the rental I just moved out of. I would definitely recommend them and M & E Cleaning Services. I will be using them for any of my cleaning needs to the future.

M&E has great reviews for a reason - they do a fantastic job. We purchased a vacation home and live out of state. It was very important that we found a cleaning company that was reliable and did a great job preparing the house for guests. We’ve received numerous complements from guests on how clean the house was.

Excellent service! I had company coming into town and needed my house deep cleaned. Chelsea and Raquel we’re awesome! They cleaned my house cleaner than I would have! I was a little embarrassed about how dirty the house and Raquel said “No worries! We are hear to help!” Made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely have them back to clean.

I just had Crystal come deep clean my home. She's great! Very nice very & very good. Easy to talk to & deal with. I hate cleaning so she had a big job to do and she did it well. She even cleaned the sliders, oven, and all the dust bunnies under my dresser. She even found the top to my IcyHot roll on, that I lost under the bed. What more could you ask for. Thanks so much!
