Marc and Earl are so helpful and know how to run their business. I have a vacation home in Cape Coral and every time a guest stays they tell me how clean my home is. Marc & Earl will help you from start to finish recommend other great companies in the area. They made my life so much easier. Marc & Earl go above and beyond to help!!! Thank you for everything! If you need a cleaning service give them a call they will not disappoint. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Bri is not only extremely detailed and thorough, but very friendly and professional! We had an apartment cleaned after we moved out and she did a much better job than we could have done. Excellent service, we can’t recommend M&E highly enough!

Paulina came to clean for us today for the first time. She was on time, very personable and took great care to pay attention to my wishes as we walked through the house before she got started.
She had no issues using our non-toxic cleaning products that we prefer to use and even said that they performed beautifully as she was cleaning through the house.
When she was finished, we walked through again to make sure that I was happy with the work she’d done…she had done a beautiful job and really paid attention to detail (not a dog hair in sight!). I look forward to Paulina coming again.

The house is super clean. The ownership is great. Earl gave us the real comfy cozy understanding of the services they provide and was super communicative throughout the process. Bree (sp?) was amazing. Very kind and thorough. She didnt bat an eye when I made some extra requests on the AC vents. She smiled and said, "I didn't get there yet." Very sweet and endearing. I will be using them again!

M&E sent Crystal to clean our rental villa in Fort Myers. We were provided an arrival time which was accurate. Crystal came in, asked if we wanted anything specific to have extra attention. She performed the cleaning, quickly, efficiently and the quality of her work was excellent. Would be happy to have her clean our villa again. M & E was very professional to work with and kept us informed ahead of time when they would arrive including a call about an hour before Crystal arrived. My wife and I were very happy with the company and Crystal, the cleaner.

I am selling my house and needed a move-out cleaning so that the house would look pristine for the listing pictures. I contacted M & E Cleaning Services about 2 weeks prior to the date that I needed the cleaning performed. I needed the cleaning performed on Easter Sunday, and they were still able to accommodate my request!

Earl called me before sending the cleaner, Karen, to my home. Karen arrived about 30 minutes later. From the time Karen arrived until she finished cleaning almost 5 hours later, she was professional and courteous. I've owned my home for 8 years and have never had it professionally cleaned. Karen was able to get hair dye stains out of the tubs and had the windows so clean, you couldn't even tell there was a window there. She also cleaned those hard-to-reach plant shelves that I had been neglecting for years, and the house smelled so nice and clean when she finished.

I highly recommend M & E Cleaning Services and Karen for your cleaning needs.

Called Marc & Earl for a quote and asked how soon they could get a crew here to clean. They were able to get a crew here the very next day! Marc explained every detail to me and was very helpful in getting our house clean as soon as possible. Not only did the crew do a great job, the communication from Kenzi was amazing. She showed up, asked what concerns we had, walked the entire house with me to explain how she was going to clean. She was so open and explained everything very clearly, which I appreciated so much. I have recommended this company and will continue to recommend them and use them as needed.

Julia came to clean our home today and she did an amazing and thorough job. I pointed out all the things I needed done and she got to them all. She used all the cleaning supplies that I requested due to my sensitivity to certain scents and she even did a few things I didn't request, which I am so grateful for. This is how my vacation property looked when I was coming to check on it. Funny thing is that each time they knew that I will be there and they left it that way anyway. None of the owners have EVER bother to come and check on the quality of the job, in fact none of them ever BEEN to my condo and I have NEVER gotten any photos of the finished product as I was promised I would. But on the other hand I was notified multiple times within a 24 hours after a cleaning that my payment is due. I payed $160 each clean for a 1300 sq/ft condo, one lady was there for less than 2 hours and she left my showers and baths growing mold and flors in the whole place filthy. I think they did Windex on the surfaces and they did not bother to actually clean. The bodily fluids and blood stains on my sheets finally did it for me and I found someone else. I send pictures to Earl with all the stains on my sheets and towels and I got no comment on this at all. I would NOT RECOMMEND that company to ANYONE.

Zach, provided me a quote and schedule an appointment for the following Monday at 9am. I did not hear from him so I called to find out if he was going to show that day. He gave me an excuse that his pump was at the shop and he was waiting for it to be repaired. That was the last I heard from him. I called him twice after and texted him but no response or follow up from him.
