Great company! They are quick and responsive with any concerns or questions that I’ve had. They are very detailed and have great open communication. I have been using them for a little over two years now and I’m beyond happy with the services I receive.

With past pest control companies I would have times in between that I would need to call for little ants however, the products that they use have worked great for me and I haven’t had to reach out for in between service calls.

They do a great job. Excellent customer service. We have never had to call them to come back because of bugs or ants. The small ants were all over our son’s room when we bought the house, and Southern Pest Solutions came and took care of that! They come every month to do their checkups and it’s always great.

Tony Sabo came to my home for my quarterly irrigation service. He sent me a text and called me with the issues that he found. He took the time to draw out a map of my yard to show exactly what needed to be fixed and why. He was also nice enough to send me a picture of my palm tree that was not looking very healthy. He was super nice and very thorough. Thank you Tony!!!

Tyler came to do a spring check up on my sprinkler system that involves three sprinkler heads replacement. he did a very good job. He was knowledgeable in what he was doing, and he also educated me in a few areas that I was not aware of.

We needed maintenance on our lawn irrigation system so we contacted Sherlock Homes Pest Control and Irrigation. Tony came out to complete our service and was awesome! He was honest, thorough, and efficient. He went above and beyond by following up via text messaging in the days following our service to make sure we didn’t experience any issues and everything was working properly. Paid for them to clean my sprinkler heads and re set my timer and we go to use our sprinklers finally and the timer isn't accurate. Don't use this company, they also took forever to tell me which of our pipes were busted and were VERY expensive to fix it through them, double the price of every other place I called

I had a tune up done on my sprinkler system. Tony was on time, kept me informed on the issues he resolved. Would highly recommend.

Spent a lot of money with this company and I can’t say they did a great job. I still have sprinklers that don’t work after spending over $3000 with them. They ignored me for weeks and tried to tell me I had to spend more money after they broke a sprinkler head and line. Wouldn’t recommend these guys

Very professional and were able to fix my sprinklers after I spent a few hours trying to resolve the problem. Tyler was patient and very knowledgeable. This is my go-to sprinkler contractor from this point foreword! I appreciate how they also didn't try and "up sell" me.

The spiders around my pool came back the very next day after spraying, but Sherlock Homes came out again & removed the webs at no extra charge. The spiders had not done this before so not sure if anything changed but was very pleased that Maria came out & took care of the issue quickly! They are very good!
