Contacted Sherlock to do an overall review and assessment of my irrigation system. Tony was on time and professional. The service was explained in detail and an estimate provided for services needed. In addition Tony provided a detailed breakdown of what was good and what was bad with my existing system and how the recommended upgrades would be beneficial.

Ron introduced himself and explained what service he would be providing today. We discussed the state of the lawn (good), had a look at which weeds were present, and what could/couldn't be controlled. Ron applied fertilizer but decided to wait out the rain before addressing the weeds. Due to the downpour Ron stated he would have to return to apply weed killer, so I can't comment on the weed control yet.
Overall comment - Ron was here on time, was very personable and knowledgeable and did what he could based on the weather.

I’ve used Sherlock for over 2 years now. Maria is the best technician, she is through and take pride in doing an exceptional job. If you are lucky enough you will get Maria. If we need to cancel or ask for additional service they are willing to accommodate

Tyler arrived when scheduled and worked harder than anyone that has done work for me since I have lived here. He did an outstanding job and double checked his work before leaving. First visit from Michael for our Irrigation System was a great experience too, first surprise was that he spoke German. He checked the complete Irrigation system, made the needed repairs, explained what he is doing and suggested what maybe needs to be done (like adding heads).

We love this company and Luis is a very considerate employee. He is typically the technician that services our yard and I have pets and small children so he always knocks to let me know when he’s about to spray and gives me time to gather up all the toys and make sure the dog can go potty before he gets to work. Always great service and no more fire ants!

Mike showed up five minutes before he was supposed to. Asked me about my system and any concerns I had. He started immediately and worked for 30 minutes. He then explained about my irrigation system and let me know that it was running perfect and nothing needed to be done. This was a great visit as he did not try to up sell me anything. He also asked me if I wanted to accompany him during the inspection. Perfect gentleman clean and knowledgeable. I will use them again and again.

Gregg, the technician, conducted a thorough inspection of every head, component, and function of the system. During his evaluation, he discovered a broken pipe, replaced the damaged heads, and clearly explained each issue and the necessary repairs which were promptly repaired at an affordable price

Never had issues with my irrigation system but wanted more coverage. All of a sudden I had snail blockage according to them. They came back out, for another 50 dollars. Then less than a week later, had the same problem with the same zone. They are only charging 40 this time even though the rep said it would be free if it was the same zone. It was but they charged me anyway. I never write any reviews, never the less bad ones. But I am upset. All I want is fair service. This place obviously doesnt care. Good luck if you go with them. Oh yeah, I tried calling several times. Told I would get a call back. Not!

I was upset before but you just made me mad. You know what, if you need 37 dollars for a lack of service, take it. I promise everyone, do not give them your credit card, They feel like than can do whatever they want. Again, I do not leave reviews but wow. I had snails in less than one week. charge me.

First, it is unacceptable and unsafe to post my house and street number publicly in your reply. Please remove that information immediately, privacy matters for all customers. Second, I want to clarify that you serviced my yard three times, not two, and yet I am still dealing with the same pest issues, ant beds, and a poor lawn despite your assurances about treating (BAHIA GRASS) that was discussed before you guys were hired. The results were disappointing, and my concerns about pests and lawn health remain unresolved. While I appreciate your customer service and prompt communication, your actual treatments did not deliver on what was promised. I expect professionalism in both your privacy practices and the results of your services. I hope your team takes this feedback seriously and makes changes to protect client privacy and deliver on service commitments.

He made a few adjustments, explained everything clearly, and even pointed out issues I already suspected with my system.

SWFL Tree Pro LLC gave me a competitive estimate. I was referred to them by a trusted tech. I had two oak trees on my property. One was trimmed and the other was removed. Damon and William did an amazing job. They came out as scheduled and did the job in a timely manner. They hauled everything away and left the property clean. I will refer them to anyone that needs tree work or stump grinding done. Great service!
