Greg came and located our busted sprinkler pipe. He replaced the broken pipe section with a new pipe. He did an outstanding job. He called us 30 minutes before he arrived. We appreciate his knowledge and great service

Had Irrigation tune up special. $29.99 Its a good value. They recommended moving several sprinkler head locations and replacing a few. Estimate is $800.00 Seems high, They really do know watering systems, but its not rocket science.

Tony was very efficient. He checked all sprinkler heads and made sure they were covering our entire yard. He was very nice and explained what he was doing and told us which sprinkler heads needed repaired/replaced.

Ryan was out today at my house. Wow, what a terrific job he did. Great young man, kind, professional and informative. A representative of the company. I highly recommend.

I hired them for pest control, because I saw an ad that seemed like a good price and thought they would help my problem. Out of the 4 times they came, only went inside my house 1 time, barely sprayed the surface areas didn't lay traps or closed gaps where the bugs were entering, did nothing. After 3 visits I told them I didn't want their service anymore and they said I had a contract, they still sent out a person and performed a service outside my home and charged me for it. My pest control problem never got better, I ended up paying this company like $500 for pest control services that DID NOT WORK.

This company was very thorough with their work upfront with cost and no hidden agendas. I would recommend them to anyone. The tech that showed up to my house was very respectful and honest did a great job.

Ask for Tony! Tony arrived on time, did a fair and thorough initial assessment of our entire irrigation system and was very clear in explaining exactly what we needed and why we needed it. He didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics. Basically, "Here's what you need, this is why, and here's what it will cost." Would highly recommend him to at least do your initial assessment and repair whatever is needed. Their quarterly checkups are very reasonable as well.

A little bit of confusion with the scheduling and the office told me it was pet safe but the tech told me they had to be away for an hour, so I would say they need more training in the office. The tech seemed more knowledgeable and I trusted her more. She did a great job and was very helpful.

I haven’t had one bug in the house since Sherlock Holmes has been exterminating the exterior of my house. I love it that they sweep the exterior from top to bottom to remove all webs and debris from my house. They are courteous, and always notify me the day before they are coming. I highly recommend their services.

Sherlock Homes came to my property and completed irrigation system tune up that was advertised on Facebook.They offered suggestions for improvement, and are scheduled for a return service. The technician took his time to explain any concern he saw or recommendation he had.

Are you looking for a company to quote you some work, never complete the work, bill you anyway, then never answer rhe phone when you try to solve the issue- Then look no further. They will also put a lien on your home for work that they never did without notifying you at all. Be prepared to write the BBB and get your lawyer ready as they never answer calls and you will need to sue to get them to correct their mistakes

Greg was great to work with. He showed up and got to work. Was able to troubleshoot quickly and let me know areas of concern with my sprinklers. Very professional and efficient service!
