Mike was so very knowledgeable and patient with us. Answered all of our questions and gave us some great tips to use for the future. With as stressful as repairs can be he made this process simple. Just referred their business to my neighbor!

1st time using these guys and my wife & I were very pleased. Their positive attitude about getting the job done to our satisfaction was most appreciated, its not something you see very often anymore. We plan on using them again about every 6 months along with recommending them to our neighbors.

The team was very professional and knowledgeable. They took good care when moving the furniture, etc. around to do their work.

They spent time testing different colors on the grout until we found the color we wanted. The cleaning process removed 20 years of dirt and brought the luster back in our tile. The grout coloring and sealing made the grout look uniform once again.

The tile and grout in our home looks almost new again. I would highly recommend Grout Magnificent.

I requested a quote for our floor tiles and within a few days they arrived and they were able to schedule my appointment to clean my grout within in a week.

The day of arrival, both techs arrived right on time and were very professional and knowledgeable of the products and helped us to pick the best color for the grout so that it matched perfectly with our tile.

Both Chuck and Joaquin worked quickly but very efficiently and the job was done within about two hours. We did our full living room, kitchen area, dining area and two bathrooms, so they had a lot of area to cover but they did an excellent job working together and getting it all done.

The floors look like they are brand new.

Great experience with Grout Magnificent. We recently purchased a new home in Naples, FL. and were not pleased with the discoloration of the grout in several areas of our new home.
After an initial meeting with Ron, his team came in and did exactly what Ron described; cleaned all areas of the floor and then sealed the grout with a perfect matching color. A few hours of downtime and we were back in business.

Our neighbors stopped over to inquire and the next day they were visiting them too. Great local business to support with a nice maintenance program as well.

Excellent work and the guys were great. Easy to work with and the results were fantastic. Definitely recommend doing the color seal - the cleaning did great on the tile but the color seal has the grout looking new.

Wow, I can’t say enough about this company and the job they do. My grout was disgusting and dirty all different colors, and we have only lived in our house for less than two years. The young man who came out and gave us a quote, was amazing. So helpful, they were quick to come out and get the job done. The two gentleman who did the work were awesome they were fast they were professional and they were very nice and offered to help me put things back in place. But most of all my floors look brand new even better than when we moved in to this brand new home. Thank you!

Firstly, Our floors look brand new! The technicians were even able to repair a divot and you really have to look to see where it was. These young men were timely, respectful, and great at what they do. Customer service was outstanding from initial contact through completion of work. Last week I had my tile grout cleaned and color sealed. It came out amazing! I had been putting it off for so long and if I knew how easy the process was I would have done it sooner. Beau and Abner were very professional and efficient. All my furniture was moved and carefully put back in its place. I highly recommend Grout Magnificent!!

Wow, this company is unbelievable. Still haven't paid my money back for services not rendered. Their customer service is Subpar, and they fail to honor their commitments. If you are thinking of using this company, you should read their Terms/ Condition, because they will use it to get around any events of bad service with no consideration of the cost and inconvenience to you. Short version of events: Bought a 4-year-old house, empty. Ron came out, $1,767.00, I went back home, sent their son out two hours, done wants paid. Sent daughter to pay, Son tells daughter to stay off the floor 24 hours, Son tells the office that daughter did walk through, and ok job, lied. Painter comes in says grout not clean was able to wipe dirt up with wet rag, sent daughter back over, painter is corrert, Requested Ron to come out to look at botched-up job, Ron was a no-show, sent another tech, requested a redo of job, I requested they do it in October so I could be there, The request was denied under their, Terms/Conditions, Hours of telephone conversatios, of thier company Trems/Condition and that I could get my grout cleaned by another company, Jamie wife/mother/owner states a refund but has to talk to their business Attorney, Email sent to me, not a refund but $265.00 for work not done, with a form to be sign for me to stay quite, Another Email was sent requesting me to pay for Mediation to resovle the issue. This company overcharges for services rendered, denies any wrongdoing by their son, and does not honor their commitment. I am still waiting on a refund. Sorry for the short version; the long version would not post because it was too long. Keith Duncan, 15410 Sea Form Circle, Port Charlotte. The pictures are of my painter wiping the dirt off the grout with a wet rag. Here it is 1/30/2026, the owner is still holding $265,00 for work that they never performed. They never seal the grout. They never gave a breakdown on the invoice, so they are probably cheating me on that, and of course, there is no refund given as Ron and Jamie promised.

Great job! Appreciate Ron’s thoughtful analysis of what was possible when he came out to do the estimate. Results were just as he forecast - no surprises. Pricing was reasonable and tech service was superb. Would definitely use again!
