Several people recommended Grout Magnificent when I needed my tile cleaned. I have renamed them Grout Magicians! The ceramic tile in the main area of my condo had been neglected for some time. The GM crew arrived—and now it looks like new. The young men were prompt, courteous, and very proud of their work. They had every right to be. We even walked around checking for spots to be touched up. It was a wonderful experience for me, and I strongly recommend them. The pictures below are of the same area before and after!

Wow!! It’s all we can say, wow!!!! These folks are fantastic! We built our Bonita home 10 years ago, and never noticed our grout was getting dingy. That’s until the outstanding team from Grout Magnificent came here and in 5-6 hours transformed our floors so they look brand new again. If I could give them 10 stars I would, try them and you too will be utterly amazed!!

Our Grout was old 23 years old and never been cleaned. Ron came by and reviewed 2 of my condos. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. A week or so later Aron and Oakland did both places in one day. They were awesome!! Moved the furniture and rugs and went to work. I was amazed on how the floors came out, truly night and day. The floors look brands new. Saved me thousands in new flooring. Great people just wanting to do a great Job!

WOW! The results from having the tile cleaned and color sealed are just incredible. It looks brand new!!!! We couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Super easy process: an estimate, scheduling and then the technicians showed up this morning. Three hours later and I was posting before and after photos on the community Facebook page. Color sealing makes the difference in my opinion. The guys took time to propose colors for us to choose. They were polite, professional, and accommodating. Carefully moved all of the furniture and put it back in place. I also signed up for the annual maintenance to keep this looking brand spanking new! I've already recommended Grout Magnificent to several of my neighbors. Just a fabulous company to work with!!!!!!

Everyone at the company is great. They are helpful and always on time. The tile floors always look 100% better than when they walked in the door. I can’t say enough good things about the crew.

We just had Grout Magnificent clean our tiles and color seal our grout. I cannot believe the difference it has made. It totally exceeded our expectations!!! The technicians were excellent. They put color samples of the grout dye down so we could see the difference and choose accordingly. I cannot say enough about this company. We had tried to clean the tiles ourselves in the past, but didn’t even come close to how they look today. We highly recommend them!!!

Jason and Abner did an excellent job and the tile floor looks brand new. They were friendly and made sure I was satisfied with their work. They put all the furniture back and cleaned up afterwards. Definitely recommend them.

Do not hesitate to work with this company!! I can’t say enough great things about them! We own a short term rental in Cape Coral that gets quite a bit of use. The housekeeper is amazing but the tile and grout needed some serious TLC. We went with full clean and the grout stain/sealer, which brought it back to life! The floors look brand new. Plus they have maintenance packages which we will absolutely do! Call them!

Incredible job. The office was very accommodating due to my circumstances. The re-grouting and cleaning of the tile makes it look brand new. I would not hesitate to hire them. They moved and replaced all our furniture before beginning the job. The two man crew that was here were on time, polite and explained everything that they were doing.

On Time, professional, clean cut technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and did excellent work without disturbing anything else in the house. He cleaned up extremely well when he was done and had excellent communication. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have this process done to their tile. It looks amazing!

We had Grout Magnificent clean and seal our entire first floor. It looks incredible! They arrived on time and even with one worker short, finished the job on time. Beau was professional, communicative and answered all my questions. Were very happy with the finished product!

Grout Magnificent was awesome, the grout was not sealed when I bought the house 4 years ago and was pretty dirty. They came in and got 98 percent of the dirt from the grout and sealed it. The tech even helped me move some of my furniture back into the house. Next time I’ll have them color the grout so it’ll look perfect. It looks great and highly recommended them.

Grout Magnificent steam cleaned and repainted the grout in our tile throughout our home and it looks amazing. Extremely happy with the work they did and how much better it looks! It looks like a new tile floor! They were very professional and great to work with! I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to have their tile floors redone!

They are true to their name - Magnificent! We had tried to clean the grout and tile ourselves and not only did we do a lousy job, the dirt that we did get up from the grout stayed on the floors and we could not clean it. We made it worse. Grout Magnificent came in and did an amazing job of cleaning the mess we made and also applied a color sealer to our grout and it looks brand new. They were careful and professional and got the job done on time. Highly recommend them.
