My husband and I are thrilled with the look of our tile floor after the cleaning by Grout Magnificent. The workmen were neat, explained the process and maintenance of our now gorgeous looking floor. The grout is sparkling clean and holes we saw in a number of the tiles are not visible anymore. All looks GREAT! Just wish we had done it sooner.

We had seen the Grout Magnificent commercials on television and noted the great reviews online. The tile and grout in the house we recently purchased was pretty dirty so we thought that we would give these folks a chance to fix it up. Aaron came out to do the estimate. He was on time and gave a detailed description of what would be done, which was very helpful. The cleaning team was scheduled to arrive between 12 and 2, but they called indicating that they could come at 11 instead if that was convenient with us. A good start. Then Josh and Abner arrived on time. They marked to location of all the rugs, took them up and moved all the furniture. We selected a grout color and then they did the job. It was a very professional operation all around, and the floor looks terrific. They also did all the closets and the entrance foyer outside as well. These guys are the real deal, and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you want your tile floor to look brand new, this is the company to pick.

Grout Magnificent does an outstanding job! This is our third time using them. Twice on homes we have lived in and once on a rental. All three times their work was efficient, and professional and the tile and grout looked like new when they left. I have given their name to several of my friends who used them and they are extremely pleased also.

I was totally amazed at how my floors turned out! This is an older home that had the original tile. Never realized that the tiles were actually white! And the grout looks fantastic! Highly impressed with this company! The money spent was well worth it! Recommend this company to everyone!

It's been 2 weeks since GM cleaned and sealed my floors. My opi ion of their work is... the difference in my flloors blew my mind. Now consider these tile planks were laid 4 years ago and we have 3 big dogs. Yes my grout looked awful. Ronald explained the 2 processes and we went with the 2nd which was to deep clean the floors restain the grout and apply a sealer on all the floors throughout our house. My floors are like new! Aaron and Oakland obviously knew what they were doing and completed the project in 5 hours. I can still see Aaron rolling around on his knees restaining each line of grout. I cannot compliment this company enough. Aaron and Oakand are friendly professional and fast. Such a great decision. I also love that they are locally and family owned. Great results from a Great company 😎

We have two friends who used Grout Magnificent for their tile floors and were very happy with the results, so we contacted them to have our tile floors cleaned and re-grouted. They did a great job; very professional and very thorough. It's like having new tile floors in out home.

On Time 07:50 am explained process in choosing color(3) removed majority of furniture, cleaned tile then began grouting process. Once process was completed they replaced furniture and cleaned up. Great job, explained process and future follow up application. Personnell very cordial, knowledgeable and polite. Thank you Grout Magnificent.

Grout Magnificent was recommended to me by one of my neighbors. I am thrilled with my tile floors! The quote process was easy and I was not pressured at all. The office was great to work with and I was able to schedule the work on a day and time convenient to me. The team took great care to put my furniture back exactly as it was and left my home clean! This 25 year old floor looks brand new after Jamison spent hours doing a fabulous job! I am a repeat customer and will continue to use them. I recommended them to my neighbor and she is having her house done today. The last time I used them, 6 friends hired them to do their homes.

Wow! Jason did a great job on our floors! They truly look brand new even in the areas with the most traffic. The estimate process was quick and easy, scheduling wasn't too far out and the service took about half the day for a large portion of the house. Wasn't sure this would make that much of a difference but I am floored! ;-) The team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Grout Magnificent did a great on our tile floors. I really thought they were beyond repair and thought I was going to have to put in new flooring. Now it looks like brand new tile and the grout color change made a hugh difference. I highly recommend using them for your tile floors. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the before, but this is a picture of the after.

WOWEE! We couldn't be more thrilled!!! Lovely people who do what they claim and then some! Our 26 year old tile and grout looks brand new...in fact - better than new! The tech was so polite and professional. He was prompt, neat, and kept everything so clean. The process was easy...and...we will go on the annual maintenance contract to keep it this way. Thank you for letting us love our tile and house again! We highly recommend Grout Magnificent without hesitation - they will save your floor!!!

My biggest complaint is that Nathan is very defensive and argumentative. Just asking a question about his work seems to provoke him.

When it came time for payment and I mentioned how it took him 3 separate visits over a period of 9 days to complete the one day job, he responded with how much of an inconvenience it was for HIM, even though the rescheduling was due to weather and his faulty equipment.

He also rescheduled one appointment without reaching out to me first.

I found him very difficult to work with I would not recommend him. I think he needs to mature a little and learn something about customer service and the customer experience. It's not all about him.
