I have been a satisfied customer of Gulfstream Pool Care for almost 20 years. Over that time, they have kept my pool functioning by taking preventative actions as well as troubleshooting when a problem does arise. I find their service to be affordable and the office staff to be very responsive whenever I have reached out.

Perhaps most important, I find their field personnel to be professional and friendly. My weekly contact is with Shannon. He goes above and beyond in explaining technical issues and answering any questions. He was invaluable to me when I had a new pool heater installed and spent extra time with me as I closed down my house when I left for the summer.

I highly recommend this company.

I was referred to Gulf Stream pool care from a friend to look at my salt cell flow issue and some education on our pool equipment. As a 1st time pool owner, I was nervous that I was asking the wrong questions and/or not asking the appropriate questions. I called and spoke to Brian in the office and set a time for repair specialist Robert to visit. Robert was professional, attentive, on time and more importantly listened to my concerns. He spent time with me teaching and educating me on proper maintenance and even helped with my warrantee salt cell replacement. Kudos to owner Ryan, Brian and specialist Robert for a great experience and I definitely will keep you in mind for any future pool needs. I truly appreciate your dedication to helping my family get back into our clean and enjoyable Florida pool. I will definitely recommend your team to those who need guidance and support.

We had damage done to our main drain return pool pipe during some landscape work. Gulfstream pool service responded back to my call the same day, came over to assess the situation and to look at the repairs that were needed. Gabriel placed us on the earliest appointment the next morning. We were back swimming by 10 a.m.. Thank you Gulfstream pools for your professional, fast, friendly and informative service!

Had a leak in the pool and didn't know where but Gabreal and the Gulfstream Pool Care team found it, repaired it and the repair bill was reasonable. Thanks!

The renovation project on our pool was just completed and we could not be happier with the process and the results. Ryan made sure that he fully understood our expectations and went above and beyond with researching our current automation system to assure everything would transition properly with our new lights prior to starting the project. Kevin and Neff were meticulous with the demo and tile work and the results are perfect! We could not be happier and recommend them highly.

I have had many pool service companies but kept having to change due to the pool service techs. We wouldn't get what we paid for during our weekly cleanings. Gulf Coast Stream has exceeded our expectations. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Our pool tech Eric is dependable, helpful with any questions and goes above and beyond. Our pool is left clean and sparkling every week.

We purchased a pool railing from Gulfstream. Gabriel was amazing and help us choose a railing. It as installed yesterday (earlier than we expected - YEA1). Thank you Gabriel. Just had new railing added to our pool and are considering other improvements. Gulfstream has done a fabulous job with fast response and follow up. Install was great and cleanup was great. Gabreal has been great to deal with.

I've used this company for 5yrs. They're awesome!!! Last year I had to have my pool resurfaced and they were great to work with. What i like most is all the customers are on the same schedule, if management wants to do a spot check they don't have to look in the computer to see what I'm sure for. Brian Carter is great!! He's new to the company and they are lucky to have him. My friend was visiting while Brian was cleaning my pool and now she's changing companies and hoping to get on Brian's schedule.

Eric Mays, our pool technician, is AMAZING. He is thorough, detail oriented. So many other pool companies dump chemicals and walk away from a pool...not Eric, he cleans, scrubs, balances chemicals, and ensures that our pool looks spectacular week after week.

Derek was very professional and did an outstanding job. He arrived when he said he would and performed the job well. I highly recommend him and the company.

Had a total pool renovation, these people are so excellent and helpful and cleaned every single day there was no dust or dirt anywhere after they finished for the day. Did a A+ just the best I have ever had. Highly recommend .

We have had Gulfstream pool care tending to our pool since we moved in. We have always been satisfied with the techs who come out, we have had Keith in the past and Anthony now. Both great guys. However, in the wake of Ian, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the way they have dealt with my pool. I requested to be notified when a crew was coming to the house to clean so I could be present, never received a call. After the office called me saying my pool was “sparkling clean and filling up,” I came home to see the bottom still clearly dirty. After countless calls to the office and requesting to meet someone at the house to discuss what happened, no one ever called me to clarify or let me know that a tech would be out again. I emailed the owner a week ago dissatisfied that my pool was left dirty after they supposedly came to clean it. I still haven’t gotten a response but I have gotten the invoice. All I’ve been told from office staff is that “it will get better,” and it clearly hasn’t. If the bottom wasn’t coming completely clean, I should have received a call to notify me of the situation as it was being cleaned with suggestions on how to move forward before my pool was filled again. Going to start gathering second opinions from other places. Very disappointed with the lack of communication with a customer who has been more than patient in trying to rectify an issue. The first picture is how I came home to it the morning after they told me it was clean. The second picture is how it looked after they added chemicals. All this showed me was that there was no way they sprayed it with liquid chlorine before refilling it.

****edited to respond to their response to me**** upon calling the office as they suggested, the woman who I spoke with does not know who was in charge of responding to my review. I let her know that since this person seems to know my pool and situation pretty well, that’s who I want to talk to. So please, feel free to call me. My pool was absolutely not stained this way before the storm. Ridiculous.

Derek of Gulfstream Poolcare did a great job checking our pool for leaks. He detected a leak at our skimmer which he temporarily repaired until we get an estimate to replace our skimmer, which is over 20 years old. Dereck was very knowledgeable when answering my pool related questions and very professional when performing the tasks. Also Cindy in the office was very nice and knowledgeable with our concern with the pool making our experience with our pool issue a pleasant one.
