If I could give zero stars I would. Your company is completely unreliable, do not show up for service, and make promises that you don’t keep. I am surprised that you are even still in business!

It has been one month and we have decided to stay with southwest pools for one reason. His name is Elijah. He came in and took a very bad situation and turned it around. He is competent, friendly, and most of all is reliable. He has helped us learn about the pool equipment and is very willing to spend the time to make things right.
He certainly has single handedly brought back our confidence in your company and he deserves complete credit for keeping us as customers. Great job Elijah!!!!!!!! Continue your good work.

For many years we used a local pool company (Aquabrite) that was later acquired by Southwest Pools, which is a larger corporate outfit. But happily Southwest, with the local branch manager Josh, has maintained the feel of a much smaller company with a good touch with their customers. They do a good job maintaining the pool, but where they are really helpful is with the equipment maintenance. Our house on Fort Myers Beach got slammed with three hurricanes in two years, and Josh was on the ball each time to get the canal pumped out of the pool and the equipment replaced. We have recently left the Beach and bought a place (no floods!) where the pool equipment needed some updating, so we turned to Southwest again. Justin did a very professional job replacing the pump, filter and installing a salt water system. We are very happy with the folks at Southwest.

The service they provide has honestly been great. They saved our pool when the builders made a mistake and the pump wasn't working before we moved in. We have nothing but a swamp lake if it wasn't for them. One month of their care came with the home and they do a great job so we kept their service. That said I'm asked constantly, every day for this review. I hope in leaving it that part will stop. Getting texts like this every day is too much. You do a wonderful job.

Elijah McMillan does an excellent job on our pool. The water is always crystal clear, along with the filter. He takes time to vacuum the pool and clean the surface film. I have been with SW Pool (formerly AquaBrite) for 5 years and the pool has never looked this good. Keep up the good work.

20 years ago our pool needed a new surface. Southwest Pools was able to work with our budget, and or surface lasted 20 years. It was time for a new surface, and Josh did a great job in helping my wife an I, choose a Pebble Tec finish. The prep guy was very friendly, and worked hard to get the pool ready for Pool One, who put the finish on. The Pool One crew did a great job, and the pool looks amazing. The following week, Steve came out every day to brush the pool, add chemicals, and made sure the pool was working properly. Steve even braved temps in the 40's and pouring rain, to get the job done. We want to thank Josh, Steve, Pool One, and all the folks involved. The pool looks fantastic!

Had a great experience with their service and the provider. Was on time and patient with the service. Provided a comprehensive overview of the install and its operation. Went over several times to clarify any questions we had. Would highly recommend for any aspect of pool servicing. Awesome service and great informed technician.

Elijah has been our service technician for cleaning our pool and wanted to share what a wonderful job he’s doing. His knowledge, service, dependability, communication, manners is great example how to treat customers. I’d be proud to have him on my team!!

Had a perplexing pool/spa wireless control problem. Vincent was extremely knowledgeable and wouldn’t give up until he figured it out. Well done!

I would give them negative stars if I could. I fired them last week. I was paying $130 per month and the only thing that was done was chemicals. When I first started with them they told me a tech would contact me to replace my pool lights. Tech never called. The guy cleaning my pool (After 4 years in my community) was supposedly moved to a different route. The new guy, Elijah, told me that he would do something about the rust and and the yellow in my grout. That never happened. Then a few weeks later they send me an invoice for over $200 to replace my filter. I opened the filter up and it was black. Never cleaned. My pool was also never vacuumed. So, I fired them.

Today, the same pool cleaner was in my community and he approached me and asked why I lied to his boss. I told him them I didn't. He proceeds to threaten and yell at me. He then walked away.

I would never do business with this company.

Had to fire them as my provider, as I was being charged for services that they were supposed to be providing but were not, (even though I had spoken with them previously regarding this exact same issue).

Last week, I also noticed on the lanai camera that they were claiming to have completed services which had not been done at all. I reached out to their office and never received a return phone call from a supervisor to address these issues, even though I was told he would contact me. After several further days of waiting to hear from anyone, I just moved on.

Additional; They were very prompt to call and leave a VM within an hour of my review post to discuss the one-star review they received, but still sadly could not have been bothered to return my call or address my concerns from the previous incidents.

Wow! Elijah and Alex T are the best! Our pool was cloudy and we had company coming. They came in between our service dates and got the pool looking sparkling clean right away. Extremely satisfied and appreciative of their service. Customers for life! We highly recommend Elijah and his team and southwest pools!

AquaBrite was used by the prior owner of our home and we continued using them after buying two years ago. They do an excellent job keeping our pool in top condition. They are timely, show up on their scheduled day, keep the pool a pristine blue and send a detailed report every time. Thanks for keeping our pool beautiful and safe for our family enjoyment!

I was recently assigned a new pool technician, and his name is Eric. Eric is one of the best pool techs we have encountered at Southwest Pools. He is conscientious, thorough and informative. His weekly pool reports are very detailed and accompanied with supporting pictures to show the work that was done. He monitors and records the work on our pool and shares with my husband what particular service he will be performing the following week, such as vacuuming, cleaning the filter, etc. Josh is also to be recognized. He is the manager for our area and is always responsive when we have questions. Tiffany in the front office and the customer service team replies promptly to any email I send. We have employed Southwest Pools to service our pool since start-up back in January 2024. They are experienced and professional, and I highly recommend this company.

As new pool owners we are pleased with Southwest Pool Services. Our pool guy Elijah is dependable and reliable. He has taught us a lot of pool stuff and keeps our pool beautiful. He is knowledgeable and helpful. If we have a question or problem , he addresses it right away and no more problem. We just enjoy our pool every day.

The young lady that serviced our pool explained everything to me. This is the first time I’ve had my own pool so she was very knowledgeable on what I need to do. I really appreciated her taking the time to review everything with me.

Our pool person came out and evaluated our pool helped with setting up the pump and heater functions for optimizing their functions. He also recommended a good service schedule.

They always do an amazing job and email a detailed report! Joel is very personable and helpful! My pool is always in great shape thanks to these guys!
