Lucky has been our pool tech for the past few years. He takes pride in his work by the way he is so detailed and takes his time. Not like most pool services that dump the chemicals and run. He's always so polite, pleasant and informs us if he sees any problems. Our dog is quite fond of Lucky too!

This past July I engaged with Gulfstream to refinish my pool’s surface and to upgrade all of the ceramic tile trim to a glass material. The pool came out perfect. Gulfstream employees were professional, and they took the time to explain the steps they were taking to complete the work. They started on time and finished the project on time. They did not give me the lowest price quote, but they were competitive. I feel like I made the right choice. If you are looking for a pool company, I confidently recommend Gulfstream.

Our tech Darryl is awesome. He is extremely professional and courteous and takes the time every week to make sure our pool is functioning perfectly. Also, our office contact Sharon is fantastic. Sharon takes the time to know you and is always there to make sure you’re getting 110% from Gulfstream. Best pool company in area. Purchased a new home in Cape Coral with a pool that needed work. I contacted Gulf Stream along with 5 plus other companies. Not the cheapest but do you really want to find the cheapest? With the 3 out of 6 that actually sent me a quote they were in the middle. Questions I asked when searching- Gulf Stream sub out all of the work? No. Can you get done in next few months? Yes- Does the work come with warranty- Yes.

Being from out of state and new to owning a pool Gabreal answered every question I asked. When work started Gabreal sent me videos of the progress. He was great to work with, be sure to ask for him when looking for a quote. I made changes and add-ons and got it all done, with fair pricing and before schedule.

Having nothing but issues with dealing with contractors since purchase Gulf Stream Pool Care has been the only company that did everything they said they would and ahead of schedule. Highly recommended

We’ve been very happy with Southwest pools after going through several other pool service companies. These folks do a very good job maintaining the water quality and our pool always looks great. Not an easy thing to do in turbulent Florida weather!

Employee stated he has too many pools and can’t spend more than 10 min in each one, so imagine how much they can do for your pool, pomp, filters, brushing and clean pool surface, these you can’t do it in 10 min, poor quality service. I’ll be changing to another company because this has been going on for weeks, I was expecting they will restart doing their normal weekly service, but nothing! Today we talked to the pool guy and force him to do his job, so will will see what happens next week

Elijah did a great job on my pool today, he is highly competent and customer service oriented. I look forward to him continuing to maintain my pool.

Awesome company very quick response, there technician showed up on time and was articulate and extremely knowledgeable….. was diagnosed and completed within 30 minutes…… highly recommend

We have been a good customer many years through many different names of this company as it went through multiple acquisitions after acquisitions. We spent over $5200 on a new heat pump recently and my wife and I were both listening carefully when we were told by the installing tech, Anthony (who very was good) that the damage was caused by a lightning strike. Asked if he would put that on the invoice and he said "yes." When this didn't happen, we called. His regional manager, Josh, responded by saying "Anthony never said that." Seriously? In addition, they went ahead and just ran the final payment of $2600 on an old Discover card that they had on file rather than charging the Mastercard that I had used for the deposit and instructed them to use again for the final payment. And - at first, they neglected to reflect a $75 discount promised, which while that was resolved by Tiffany (who was also very good) it happened only after the fact. The ONLY bright spots were Anthony - the man who actually did the install - and poor Tiffany who did her best to field the calls from a dissatisfied customer and explain it to her management. It fell on deaf ears. I'd call that a management issue and "corporate mentality" instead of personalized service.

The service has deteriorated and is now objectively awful.

Our technician barely skims our pool and does not clean it thoroughly, leaving our family to handle regular maintenance.

Our worst experience occurred recently, when we bought a new pool pump. SW Pools improperly installed it, so it broke after less than two months. The pump wasn't working for more than two weeks before SW Pools was able to diagnose the issue.

Once a "specialist" came out, we were informed that we have to wait for the pool pump company to replace the pump through its warranty service, so we'll wait even longer.

It also took 6+ hours and several calls and texts to get any information after the specialist checked out the pump and decided it needs to be replaced. Terrible service, poor work and a real lack of care for the customer.

This team is very reliable never late. They’re thorough and professional. They have been watching water levels and let us know they were too low, with plenty of time to fix the issue. Very reasonable pricing. Our tech is one of the nicest guys around.

Elijah is our pool service tech and he has been great with noticing issues. He also does extra where ever he can to ensure our pool is in the best condition.

Our tech, Jarrith was very knowledgeable with Jandy equipment. He suggested to watch our actuators before replacement. The honesty was genuine and in the best interest of the customer, us. He clearly marked our pipings so we could monitor and call when the situation changes.
