I woke up to my apartment flooding and within 10 minutes of calling, Dominic and Connor were here. They quickly moved all my furniture and cleaned the water out. Great customer service.

This carpet cleaning company also offers dryer vent cleaning services. They were to clean our wall dryer vent and that did not happen. They used a heavy duty vacuum to clean the first few inches of pipe and would not clean the entire length. The workers were confronted about the job afterwards and gave different outcomes of the job. One worker said the vent was clean; that nothing came out and the other worker said stuff came out but could not show proof. Very unprofessional and unpleasant workers. Our dryer is still not working properly. We would not recommend in the future.

I may be biased off my husband’s & I own experience! I am pretty confident we got the best guys on the team! Justin & Christian we’re more than just professionals! They made sure to be on time, always at the upmost convenience for us! They did such an amazing job! They wasted no time to get in and assess the problems. I scheduled cleaning for an area rug & carpet.
The tech showed up with just a scrubber and no extractor to suction up the dirty water. They Sent that equipment elsewhere…
Maybe they thought I would be ok with a sub-par cleaning job??
I had them leave.

My large oriental carpets were flooded after Milton. I called Marty, and he was so accommodating and professional. They picked up my three carpets, professionally clean them and returned them carefully wrapped in plastic and looking good as new! I would highly recommend them to clean your carpets!
