Where to start with this Company? Let's go back to the end of September last year. My wife and I just got back from a cruise and entered the house and it was 85º. The air handler crossed over and wasn't coming back (12yrs old). I called affordable and they came out that day. They tried to do what they could but there was no saving the system. They gave me a more than fair deal on a new system and had it installed in 2 days. They were on time, professional and life savers for the dogs.
Fast forward to 2 days ago. My ac kept acting up and I called them, they were at my house within 45 minutes and voila, problem solved. As a small business owner i am pleased to see another company who cares about their customers as much as I do. Thank you again Affordable!

I would call this company (Affordable Air and plumbing) Why? Because the are available for emergency service, their work i impeccable. The arrive on time and are friendly and tell you everything that is going before giving you a price. I called from Florida from New Jersey when someone who was watching my house called and told me my Air conditioner was not working. I called affordable Air and the scheduled me immediately. This company is the best I've seen and I have been a contractor for over 55 years.So I your having problems with your Air conditioner call them first you won't regret it!

Affordable Air & Plumbing is fantastic! They were extremely responsive and came out quickly when we had an issue with our pool heater. The technician was very knowledgeable and had it fixed within 30 minutes! Excellent service — highly recommend!

Sales guy was nice, informative but talked himself out of a sale. Estimated $5400 for a mini spilt in the master bedroom. Told me better off buying one and then hiring someone to install it. Giving them 5 stars since his advise will be saving me money-

Such a caring, professional Company!! I've known Tyler (#1 A/C Service) for a long time & he recommended the plumbing side from Affordable Air, for the backed up washing machine & kitchen sink. Sue sent Joseph & Monte, who took their time with our old house, and had the issue cleared within a couple of hours and charged us under $270. This was after we were told by others it'd be 46k to do a whole house repipe. Obviously, we were relieved to have it cleared & it bought us TIME to plan for future work to be done. We cannot thank you All enough for your professionalism, expertise & friendly service. Call Affordable 1st!!

I can't say enough about how great this company is, not only did they give an honest evaluation of the problem and a great price but also assisted with an medical emergency with my friend while they were there. My friend who is the homeowner had to go the emergency room so, Daniel with Affordable Air took it upon himself to get the project going by going to the county utility company to pull the permit and get the situation straightened out with the county as well. If not for him doing this we would still be waiting to get started. I will definitely be using this company myself in the future and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

This place is amazing. I called at 730 in the morning and had Alvie here at about 9am. I can't rave enough about the people I dealt with. From the customer service agent to Alvie. They're all wonderful. Alvie took the time to explain everything he was doing, and I had a lot of questions. He was patient with me and didn't hesitate too help me understand. I will definitely be asking for him for my 6 month checkup. He is a wonderful and professional young man. Very knowledgeable. I can't thank him enough. He had my AC running in about 30 minutes after diagnosing the problem. He had to replace a part but knew exactly what he was doing. He showed me everything and even showed me pictures afterwards. Awesome experience all the way around.

Affordable Air and plumbing are the best to work with. I called them to check on my new AC they installed. From the time I called they had a technician to my home to inspect and make repairs within 15 minutes. Customer service cannot get any better than that. Really enjoying a cool house along with excellent service!

I’ve been using Affordable Air since 2020 and I’ve never had an issue. Everyone that has come to service outlet unit has been knowledgeable and professional. All of them are good with our overactive dog as well. Highly recommended.
