His communication skills were not perfect because of his English, but is worth a little extra effort with an occaisional translater reference. I thought he was very knowledgeable advising me on things with good advice, and I thought did a very good job and worked hard. Was very satisfied.

AC Pros is a great company who I would highly recommend. We know SWFL has several choices for HVAC services but you can’t always trust these companies. AC Pros came out to my house the same day I called. They explained everything and went above and beyond to get my AC back in action. Also, prices are more than fair and their explanation of what happened and how to fix was spot on. I don’t post a lot of reviews so I hope this helps my fellow SWFL residents.

From the start, I spoke with Adriana who was extremely nice and professional. She made an appointment to come out to the business and check out why our unit was not working properly. She sent over two professional guys who were outstanding. They took pictures of everything, showed me what the problem was and fixed it. They returned for a second visit for a second minor visit and each time they were on time and professional. So glad to finally find reliable HVAC service. Will only call them for all my repairs!

Great company! Our air conditioner went out and we called them at 8:00 am the next day. They were here at 9:30. They fixed the issue and did an entire maintenance. Very reasonable price and very thorough. We will have them out every 6 months for a full maintenance service.

Our whole experience with AC Professional Cooling was wonderful! They arrived at our home within an hour and a half of our phone call requesting service. We had a thermostat that went dark so it was unable to turn on the air conditioner. They found the problem (blown fuse) very quickly and fixed that issue and also did some additional maintenance (cleaning out some clogged pipes) that needed to be done to avoid further problems. The charge for the service call and labor was very reasonable. We will be using them in the future for all of our yearly maintenance and/or service calls. We would highly recommend AC Professional Cooling to anyone looking for an honest company to work with.

You wont go wrong with AC Professional Cooling . Marcos fixed my very old AC system instead of trying to sell me a new system. I dont know how much longer this one is going to last but when the inevitable happens I know who to call.

Over the past few years, we’ve had several AC companies come out and give us a quote to replace our air conditioning unit, but it wasn’t until we researched on BBB that we found AC Professional Cooling and Heating, INC. We read a review from a highly satisfied customer, and called to setup an appointment. Adriana was extremely professional and very helpful in setting up a time to have the owner come out later that afternoon. The owner was very informative, a small business owner and had over 20 years of experience. We still had a few companies scheduled to give us a quote, but after meeting the owner of AC Professional, we knew they were the best choice! We called Adriana on a Monday afternoon, and first thing Tuesday morning we had technicians and the owner replacing our unit. They were very organized and clean, and within a few hours they had completed the work. I highly recommend AC Professional Cooling and Heating, INC!
