Israel was very helpful with my AC problem! He was able to come out on very shory notice. He knew what he was talking about and was very informative when explaining the AC system! Highly recommend!

Great service. Very fast response. I had a technician arrive within 1 hour from my phone call. The issue with my A/C unit was solved within 20 minutes and the unit was up and running. Derek was very professional, explained what was repaired and made sure all readings for the A/C unit were within spec. I have become a new customer for Non- Stop.

Just purchased a home and needed to have the A/C serviced and maintained. Very pleased with the service and explanations to help extend the longevity of the unit. Derek was very thorough and details and look forward to being a Non-Stop client moving forward.

Theres a reason these guys are 5 star. Tech Israel Urena came over and was top notch when it came down to customer service and knowledge of air conditioning. They are not trying to upsell you on things not needed. I highly recommend these guys. I called on a Saturday and they were at my home within the hour. They were even able to work on Sundays just so you wont be without ac. Their customer service is unmatched. Companies like this dont exist anymore. They are here to help . 10 stars !!!!!!

My technician was knowledgeable and eager to help educate me regarding my system and the operation Of my air conditioning system. He explained it very well in Laymans terms, and showed me how the system works together. I really appreciate the fact that they did not try to sell me anything else. They’re only interest was to make sure that my system was running at optimum so that I would not run into any major repairs in the near future.. I appreciate them and their integrity and they’re honest and their professionalism. This company is awesome. I highly recommend them. And I don’t usually do this, but I give them an AA plus plus plus recommendation..

Derek came and took exceptional care of of all our needs. He was very knowledgeable and even pointed out several things that our previous company did wrong in thier installation and fixed the problem. I've officially found my new a/c company.

Came fast, and on time. My tech was Derek Villar. He was polite, thorough, and he quoted a reasonable price for duct cleaning, which we will do after I save some more money. Highly recommend, and I'm thinking of signing up for one of their maintenance programs.

I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful, kind, prompt, professional and reliable this company has always been…We have always been completely happy with this company and recommend them to everyone. They are 100% reliable and extremely prompt.

Once in a great while when something stressful and difficult happens such as my AC at failure status in the month of July in everyday 90 degree SW FL weather you get lucky.

My neighbor ( who had previously used AC Professional Heating and Cooling) strongly suggested contacting them.

After my call (on a Sunday) they arrived the next day, gave a very fair estimate and explained installation.

Their work was excellent, friendly, timely and neat.

Without my asking they purchased a portable indoor AC and installed so our master bedroom would be comfortable.

Communication with their business manager, Adrianna was consistent and on an everyday basis.

You may be doing yourself a favor when considering a new AC to give this company a call for their estimate and time frame.
