Tyler arrived, blew out line, cut/repaired/ wrapped/ secured pvc line, vacuumed outside line all within 15 minutes…..in the rain. And recommended a routine maintenance I can do if I choose.

I made an emergency call to Affordable Air Conditioning. They came out the same day and did an emergency fix the air conditioner and show me how to take care of the water pan in the future if I need to. The service technician was most professional.

All in all, I am very pleased with the service I received from Affordable Air air-conditioning and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new unit, or for a repair.

The gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable. Very thorough with him work. However, we still have a leak. Update: I was completely wrong. What appeared to be a wet spot was a shiny piece of material. As I mentioned before they are very professional and I would use them again.

Affordable Air continues to maintain my air conditioning system with prompt, professional, courteous and expert service. Albie has been my technician a few times and is exemplary! Put a new heating and AC unit in our home! 8 months later we have had nothing but problems! I have 3 different technicians on my video cameras stating the plenum is not sealed properly and it is causing moisture….we have microbial growth inside and outside! They want to charge us $650 to replace the Plenum and seal… that wasn’t installed correctly in the first place!

This company is amazing! My 95yr old mother had water coming out of her tile grout on the main floor of her townhome.

I called several plumbing companies and they all had to have a water detection company come out to determine where the leak came from. I was even quoted $7400 from 1 company (which they will get a separate review 😡). That company told me they would have to tear the floor apart to repair the leak!!!

Sue, the dispatcher from AFFORDABLE AIR AND HEAT called me back immediately and said she had a crew out nearby and they came over quickly.
Monte and Michael DID NOT need a detection machine to find the leak! They were professional, honest, thorough and determined! They checked every possible place the leak would be coming from. Once they found the water leak, Monte ensured me he wouldn’t need to drill any holes or make anymore damage and that was the case! I highly recommend AFFORDABLE AIR & HEAT.

From the start, Sue was fantastic to deal with when I called. This was routine service and was scheduled for within 48 hrs. The technician, Michael, was prompt , efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He went over everything with me. I was very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We’ve been using Affordable Heat and Air for our HVAC systems for several years. They’ve always gone above and beyond to take care of our systems, and quickly when needed.

Called Affordable at 9 am. Mike their technician arrived before 10 am. Replaced capacitor and cleaned drain. He gave me some valuable pointers. Excellent service.

Fast, friendly, competent service. I usually get multiple quotes and Affordable Air and Heat has always come in lower. I’ve been very happy with the work and expertise. I’ve had Affordable out to my property 4x for different things.

Affordable Air replaced our A/C unit & duct work several years ago. Any time we have needed any service they have been very quick to respond. They are always professional & courteous.
On 5/29/2025 around 7:30 pm, our A/C stopped cooling which usually means the lines need drained. We were able to clear the lines & got it cooling but decided to call Affordable Air just in case. We called to let them know that we were having issues & wanted to make sure that we could get service first thing in the morning. The next morning Technician Michael checked out our unit, let us know what the issue was & repaired it quickly & efficiently. So far, we have been very pleased with their service.

On 8/13/25 I came home to an 82-degree house and no a/c in mid-August. Cleaning out the drain pipe did not work, so I called the original a/c vendor that had installed and serviced the unit since 2017, only to be told that they could come out between 10am-6pm the next day. Not pleased with their response, I decided to call Affordable A/C & Plumbing after reading some of their reviews. I was told someone could be out within the hour. Great! Michael arrived promptly and quickly figured out the blower motor fan on the inside unit wasn't working. He explained he would call the warehouse first thing the next morning at 8am. He explained if they had the part, it would be over-nighted and delivered by noon and could be installed. Great! I called the office the next day and spoke to Sue. She was friendly, a pleasure to deal with, very thorough and knowledgeable. She explained the ordering process and confirmed Michael had ordered the fan that morning and it should be delivered the next day. She indicated that she would follow-up with the lady at the warehouse the next day. She reassured me that the fan should be delivered around noon and that she would call a tech to pick it up and they would bring the fan and install it. Everything went exactly as Sue described. I received a call from Alvi at 2:39pm the next afternoon and he said he would be at my home in 15-20 minutes. I left work and met Alvi who arrived on time. He was friendly, professional and got right to work. Alvi had the blower motor fan installed in about an hour and the a/c running. OMG I was so relieved! It had been 87 degrees in the house when I got home! I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I've had with an A/C vendor in my 20+ years living in Lee County. I would definitely recommend them. I will be calling them again if I am in need of service.

Tyler Collins is an excellent technician he services all my properties very knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. If you ask me I Own 30 rental properties. And he takes care of all the issues. I only trust him. Afordable Air has to be very lucky to have him because he is a big asset and if I ever had an AC company he’s the man I would hire.

I called Afordable Air and Heat when my air conditioner stopped working. I had a technician at my door within the hour. They went above and beyond to get my air up and running. I even took advantage of tbe free plumbing inspection that they offered at no charge. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional company to help when needed! I will definitely calling them in the future.
