Fantastic company! The communication leading up to my appointment for A/C service was exceptional. The two technicians who came (I can’t recall their names) were incredibly friendly, fast, and efficient. They took the time to explain their findings clearly, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend!

Charlie answered my phone call on a long weekend this Memorial Day weekend. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have slept comfortably. He and his team was still out on other emergency calls and so he wasn’t able to do the work himself. Selflessly he shared other air conditioning companies nearby. Luckily I was able to have one of them come over that Saturday evening and take care of the unit for me. Big thank you to Charlie for even offering to come late at night if no one else did. Thanks again!!!!

Had an AC emergency while my husband was on his way from Miami and they showed up within an hour. Really impressed with how fast they got here. Super helpful and easy to work with. Definitely recommend if you need quick and reliable service. I'm new in Cape Coral and everyone's been so kind and welcoming.

What a fantastic group of folks. Called them on Mothers day as our AC wasn't working, described what was going on and Charlie asked if I would like to do a quick facetime call to try to troubleshoot instead of having a tech come out. A few minutes later the issue (drain line clogged causing the safety switch to cut power) was solved and I was back up and running. They definitely could have sent someone out and gotten some billable time out of it, but they just helped instead and when I offered to still pay they said it wasn't necessary and they were just happy to help. Fantastic folks over there, will keep their number in my phone for any future issues.

These guys were great!!! Responded quickly and diagnosed the situation immediately. The ac unit was in bad repair and had not been serviced for a very very long time.. I am presently leading the property but when I do purchase my next property I will definitely call this company for regular service if my ac. THANKYOU. PS I also have health issues with breathing so I was very fortunate that they could help me at least until tomorrow.

March 6 2026: Based on my research and AC Repair recommendations, I had a dual ultraviolet and oxides system installed in my AC air handler. Lee and Roy were on time, did an excellent installing the devices and informing me on the operation. No molds or pathogens in my home now!

February 2026: 6 month maintenance service performed. Arrived with prior notice in the scheduled time. Two experienced technicians were friendly and expedient. This is my “go to” AC company.

July 2024: I am extremely satisfied with a new whole house AC system that ACRepair designed and installed. I purchased a new home from Lennar that came with a totally inadequate and noisy AC system. ACRepair worked with me to develop a new system that would add a full return duct system (where there was none before) and make major improvements to the supply plenum and ducts. They moved the AC blower unit from a kitchen closet to the garage attic. They added Owens-Corning fiberglass insulation to the entire attic!! Voila, much better conditioned air throughout the house and no noise!

June 2024: ACRepair installed a new 18,000 Mini-split unit in our garage. Raul and associate worked very hard to install in a matter of a couple hours. Garage attic was insulated, too! Excellent workmanship and thoughtful clean up were included. I highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again!

August 2025: 6 month maintenance was performed under a contract. Mike arrived 1 minute early in a 3 hour window. Service was completed efficiently with no issues found.
AC Repair continues to provide excellent service with skilled technicians for a competitive price.

I called them at 4:45 p.m. with a non functioning A/C. Travis the repair technician called me at 5:15 and he told me that he was 45 minutes away. He arrived at 6:00 and had us up and running by 7:30. Travis kept us informed with everything that he was doing and offered some great maintenance advice. I would definitely call them again for future HVAC work.

This was the first time we used Air Conditioning Repair Cape Coral. We did our homework and they have excellent reviews online and they are local, not coming from somewhere on the other coast. The office was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Ryan and Lee the technician’s that came to the house were awesome! They gave us the heads before they arrived ( which is greatly appreciated). Both of them knowledgeable, nice and respectful. We have signed on to the maintenance option they offer. Really glad we did!

This is the best AC company I've ever dealt with in my many years of home ownership. These folks are ACES all the way around. I've never been dealt with more fairly and efficiently by any service company. I called about a suspicious noise I noticed and they were at my door in less than an hour. They brilliantly troubleshot the issue with their years of experience, resolved the issue, explained it to me very well and charged a very fair price. Great company! Very professional and they do what they say they're going to do. They respond even on Sundays and Holidays.

They are the best! My line connected to my air conditioner was clogged. They were here in Less than one hour and repair it in about 15 to 20 minutes. This was the most outstanding service. Ryan was pleasant and efficient and explained everything to me.

This company sent me a $300 invoice before they even showed up to my house. I called they said we don't come out unless we're paid first. WELL we all know how Florida's contractors and service providers can be. What if I pay $300 and you don't show up. No thanks. I should never owe you $300 before you've even reached my door!

Scheduled maintenance performed today. Done in time frame expected. Everything explained from inspection and needs of system as well as options for those needs explained in lay man terms. Well informed of what is needed to keep system running and up to efficiency.

Mike came out reviewed our problem was very thorough and we are looking forward to a new A/C complete system plus they can do the job tomorrow! Thanks again Mike! Now I need to add the installers that came out wow great job they did installing Cc complete A/C unit then Mike came back to check on install..I also talked to Sarah in the office decided to pay by check instead of paying service fee on credit card she reversed that charge and I paid by check saving $355! All around a great team!

Mike came out today to do a final inspection and pist permit for the city to come out and sign off...

Wow. I’ve never had that much fun and peace spending money on my HVAC. Honest, hard-working, prompt, qualified, well priced, the list goes on. You’re crazy if you’re calling anyone else. They were even willing to fix my ancient system and limp it along. I’m the one that brought up potentially buying a new one. Just really good people.

After having Mike here this morning to fix the problem, we went to dinner and came home to water dripping and our A/C shut off again. Had to call for additional service, which was done and hopefully the problem is now fixed. The second crew had more powerful tools to blow out the clog or whatever was causing the problem. We appreciate that the second 2 guys came out to address the problem and fix it.
