AC Repair of Cape Coral is A locally owned business they installed my air conditioning units Early 2022. They did an excellent job when installation and more importantly after the install maintenance and any required repairs have been taken care of quickly and without any drama. The service technicians are competent as well as cordial and do a great job. I have no complaints.

Couldn’t have been better… prompt, courteous, professional and sent enough good men to do a complete replacement timely and neatly… special kudos to Daniel… always on the ball!

Excellent service. They are very responsive. Showed up on time and went above and beyond with explaining everything. I would highly recommend. Ethan was amazing and made sure we understood everything.

Just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Lee and Ryan for their prompt and professional after hours service call to restore our air conditioning. They showed up very quickly ( within an hour on a Saturday!) and in a matter of 5 minutes had my problem diagnosed and very soon after that my ac was cooling off my house. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave recommendations to keep my unit working to the best of its ability. I will definitely be calling them in the future for all my ac needs. From start to finish I would give them a five star rating!

Jeff and his partner did a very good job. They were very courteous and professional. The job was done in a very short period of time. They explained how things worked and described how to work the thermostat and change the battery.

The service provided under the maintenance contract is excellent. I usually have the same 2 man team assigned and that's a big value add for me. The team is timely, thorough, patient, and takes the time to answer my questions in a way I can understand since AC is not my forte

Theses guys are awsume! My heater went out night before last. They had someone out here with in a few hrs of calling them. I needed a new heater and they were back with the parts is less then 24 hrs. I couldn't ask for better service! I have their service plan where they come out and inspect the entire system twice a year. I definitely recommend them!

ACRCC was available and prompt when they were called to repair our system. As well, they were helpful in suggesting equipment that will keep water damage from the AC from happening in the future. Today, Ethan came and checked the work they did. He was really helpful in answering our questions. We will use their Standard Service Plan because of having had such a good experience. After agreeing to the agreed contract price, they were ready to install 1 day later. 2 guys showed up nice and early as told. I showed them the location to install and they went to work. The guys were very professional and polite, all work was exceptional, they cleaned up perfectly. The unit started right up with no problems, instructed me on the remote and explained full operation of the unit and to make any necessary changes of operation. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them.

Mr Mike was very informative and overall a nice person, had 2 companies out prior 6 weeks charged an arm and a leg but did not point out some other basic issues which led to this visit

1st maintenance visit for our new ac unit, both gentleman very pleasant, professional and answered all questions. Lee was awesome and so was other gentleman I’m sorry sis not get his name. This company has been amazing since having to replace unit last year..from the owner to all service and office employees! So friendly and definitely have that small business mom and pop feel!
